Vancouver Hit-and-Run on Hwy 99 Leaves Pedestrian Injured

A pedestrian crossing NE Hwy 99 outside a crosswalk was struck by a northbound white sedan whose driver fled without stopping. The victim was hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to survive.
