Vancouver Man Charged With Child Rape, Sex Trafficking

Andrew Guerrero, a 20-year-old active-duty military member, faces six counts of Rape of a Child in the second degree and two counts of first-degree Trafficking after Vancouver Police found two teen girls — ages 13 and 16 — living in his hotel room.
