VANCOUVER POLICE ANNOUNCE THAT THEY WROTE 1600 DISTRACTED DRIVING TICKETS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH   ICBC, police and the B.C. government have been conducting a month-long distracted driving campaign in March. While the focused enforcement and  campaign is coming to a conclusion, police will continue to look for drivers who are paying  more attention to their phones than the road. The Vancouver Police Department have written over 1600 tickets in March to drivers using their cell phone behind the wheel. What do you think it will take to combat the issue of distracted driving?
