Vancouver Police probe pedestrian collision on Mill Plain

Vancouver Police are investigating a serious collision that occurred at 3:30 a.m. Monday when a westbound driver struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk at Mill Plain Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue. The victim sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized, while the cooperative driver remained at the scene.
