Vancouver Shooting, Arson Attempt Leads to Arrest

Cyree Phillips, 30, of Vancouver was taken into custody after deputies responded to multiple 9-1-1 calls reporting gunshots striking nearby homes on NE 156th Street. Phillips also allegedly attempted to start a fire along a residence using lighter fluid.
