Vancouver's Waterfront Way Goes Car-Free Every Weekend

Waterfront Way in Vancouver will be closed to vehicles every weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day — Fridays at 4 p.m. through Mondays at 5 a.m. The pilot program showed the closures reduced street racing and created a calmer riverfront.
