Vanguard Ranch is a sustainable and organic farm started by Renard and Chinette Turner in 1995. The quest to live a more self-sufficient lifestyle led them to move out of Washington D.C. to rural Gordonsville, VA where they raise heirloom organic vegetables and herbs and a herd of meat goats. They continue on their quest to attain self sufficiency and promote it as a lifestyle choice.
