Vanguard has the best REIT index fund in the game. Yet another way to diversify your portfolio alongside other index funds that will keep your portfolio almost weather proof during the majority of economic conditions. In fact, I would like to encourage everyone to have 15 to 20 percent of your portfolio exposed to each of the index funds I have recommended in my last few videos.  Asset allocation is the key and if you can diversify those allocated assets your life will be way better over the next five years in investing.
