VANISHED....(Part 1) covers a number of strange disappearances taking place in our National Parks, and considers paranormal explanations for these and other time slip occurrences which remain unexplained. (Note: The North Carolina boy announced lost in this episode has been found dead. Authorities are working as hard as humanly possible to find out what happened). Author and ex- San Jose California policeman David Pauilides is given credit here for a large amount of interest in the stories of missing persons in North American parks with his books and movie Missing 411..
