Qatar är ett av världens rikaste länder per capita. Det är ett litet land med omkring 300 000 invånare – resten är gästarbetare. Samtidigt har de ett BNP som motsvarar cirka en tredjedel av Sveriges BNP. Uppskattningsvis använder de tiotals miljarder kronor per år till att sprida sin politiska och religiösa agenda, som ligger nära Muslimska brödraskapets. Detta gör de via gåvor till universitet, moskébyggen och medial påverkan. Många ser de tre stora statliga subversiva hoten mot Sverige som Ryssland, Kina och Iran. Men går lilla Qatar under radarn, fast de är relativt potenta för sin storlek när det kommer till att sprida radikal islam i väst?
