Vayetze 5786 Out of Exile

Torah: Bereshit/Gen 28:10- 32:4Haftorah: Hosea 11:7-12:14This parsha is packed with lots of information and revelations. It begins with Ya’akov leaving and fleeing from Esav. Ya’akov is going to find a wife.  As Ya’akov leaves, he has a dream of aladder.  When Ya’akov arrives in Paddan Aram, he marries Leah and Rachel.  This parsha also covers the birth of 11 of the tribes of Yisrael. One theme that I will focus on in this parsha is finding the bride.
