Prior to Techstars, Ileana was a Sr. Venture Associate at Capital Factory where she drove deal flow to Capital Factory Ventures (CFV) and pitched her startups to the Partners. Ileana managed Capital Factory's most important relationships throughout Texas with accelerators, venture funds, universities, and other ecosystem partners.
