Eleanor Kaye is the Managing Director of the Newton Venture Program. Newton is a joint venture between LocalGlobeVC and London Business School. Their mission is to ensure that the next generation of investors represents the world we live in. To do this, they provide executive education programmes to help people from under-represented backgrounds access or accelerate careers in VC.  To date, over 3,000 people from over 48 different countries have been through their programmes.
