He founded the Chicken Shack restaurants in the Las Vegas Metro Area. He opened his first store  in 2005 at Sunset and Mountain Vista. He currently has fifteen stores in 5 states (NV, CA, CO, WA, and OR); seven of them are in Las Vegas (and also expanding in Northwest Valley in the next couple of months). And two more stores are currently under construction in California.Chicken Shack is transitioning from a Licensing company to a Franchise later on this year. They are  looking to expand into Northern Nevada, Southern California and Arizona. If you’ve never been to Chicken Shack before, their menu consists of fresh, hand-breaded chicken fingers, wings and fries.
