He is a first-generation Colombian-American born in Queens, New York, but raised in Las Vegas. A UNLV alumni with a degree in Psychology, Josh opened the first Makers & Finders in 2014 in DTLV at the age of 25 and the 2nd location in Downtown Summerlin in 2017. Despite the struggles of being a business owner during a pandemic and during a time of economic uncertainty, Josh successfully opened a new Colombian Bakery and coffee roaster, Take It Easy, in Chinatown in July 2020. This was the first ribbon-cutting from March according to the Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Latin Chamber and Asian Chamber.If you haven’t visited his restaurants, YOU NEED TO!!!!  Why??
