This week on Kansas City Confidential, Sari's guest is Brianna Larcher, co-owner of Veloute, alongside her husband Pascal. Veloute is a Parisian street food vendor and catering business. With season beignets that use local ingredients and are made fresh right before your eyes, it’s no wonder they sell out wherever they pop up.  Brianna and Pascal are forever thankful to their loyal customers who come to see them at the Downtown Overland Park Farmer's Market every Saturday.
