Many people abroad (and in some cases from Venezuela) want to describe the Venezuelan economical and social situation using buzz words and headlines using either wrong, biased or outdated information regarding Venezuela, this particular situation is very complex and in order to be understood you need more a college major in such situation rather than a bumper sticker phrase.
