Verantwortlich sein

You are responsable only for YOU. B2. Are you a man that always tries to be there for everyone? Trying and trying to be there for your family, friends, and collegues? But always. You are always there, and it is difficult for you, not to feel responsable. Believe me, i can understand that. When someone doesnt have a good time, can i feel that too. Specially, when you are close to this person, your bestfriend, father or mother, your kids... You can do everything, and althought you can not do something, you are WORRIED. We are social animals. It is normal. Your pain, my pain? That is not good. We muss accept, that a part from life is to suffer. When you can accept that, you can accept that other suffer too. You can also think, that when you are always for others, you are NOT SEEING YOUR OWN PROBLEMS. Also, why you muss stop? Stop feeling responsable for others. The people have their problems, their believes, their realities, and you can not see them always clearly. They have THEIR OWN POINT OF VIEW. Their own estructures of feelings. Their own thinking. When you "solve" others problems, although you are trying to be good. You are only stopping them from being better. They are HORRORIZED to make a failure. But the reality is, they only FEEL it, the pain, and scareness that they feel, are only challenges, that show the people sides that they have never seen, and that could make them BE BETTER. What can you do? Ask why, where, or whom, makes you feel like the Saviour. I hope that you can find the answer, and know where are you trying to help, and where you are just being obsessive. You are not responsable for the feelings and thoughts of OTHER people. And they are not responsable for yours. Leave that energy behind. You are responsable for you. Observe how the problems from others make you feel. Good vibes
