Veronica Cordle with the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame discusses the new inductees for this years class.

George Clinton, a Kannapolis native, will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. Clinton was inducted into the NC Music Hall of Fame in 2009 and is also a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
