Hi, today’s guest is Veronika Gold, a therapist and counselor based in San Francisco with extensive experience in psychology. Originally from the Czech Republic, she grew up under communist rule and traveled worldwide before settling in the Bay Area in 2003. She’s passionate about contemplative practices like meditation, mindfulness, and exploring consciousness. Veronica holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Charles University and an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS. She is involved in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy at SF Insight and Co-developed Ketamine Assisted Therapy at New Pathways and Polaris Insight Center.
