Doch seit dem Krieg in Israel und Gaza ist die Bedrohungslage für Jüdinnen und Juden auch in Deutschland gestiegen. Deborah Schnabel ist promovierte Psychologin und Direktorin der Bildungsstätte Anne Frank. In dieser Folge spricht sie darüber, wie sie Antisemitismus im Alltag erlebt. Schon seit über zweitausend Jahren müssen Jüdinnen und Juden Diskriminierung, Gewalt und Verfolgung fürchten. In der Wissenschaft wird der Ursprung antisemitischer Ressentiments breit diskutiert. Erste Spuren sind bereits in der Antike zu finden. Stefanie Schüler-Springorum ist Historikerin und leitet das Zentrum für Antisemitismusforschung an der TU Berlin.
