VERY IMPORTANT: What if Your FREE Clients is unhappy with your work?

We got a great question from Paul over on our facebook group..... that pretty much said "Need some advice guys/gals. Just got off the phone with my free client that i shot a restaurant video for. He's not happy with it - Saying that i should have gotten full shot of the chef - this and that - Saying how he has 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry - "I'm trying to teach you, like how i taught my daughters". It seems to me that he's trying to finesse his way into getting more free content. My goal was to get a testimonial from him - but it seems like that's not going to happen - and who knows when he'll be satisfied. His daughter is a host on a popular Chicago based radio station with a few connections- when would those connections be useful? Not sure. For one, she had a newly signed Bears football player come to the restaurant. I'm not sure if its advantageous to continue working with this restaurant - I want to take control - but do not want to burn a bridge as i did in the past.
