Vet Candy Magazine Special Edition: Respiratory Disease

Welcome to the world of Vet Candy By Dr. Jill López   In this issue of Vet Candy Magazine, we are introducing you to Alyssa Mages, a veterinary technician, mom of two, and entrepreneur. I met Alyssa during the pandemic; she connected with me first on LinkedIn, and then we connected over a Zoom call. It was friendship at first sight.   We talked about the challenge of motherhood during the pandemic and about her aspirations, but mostly, we spoke about our lives in a way that went much deeper than your normal Zoom banter. She told me how much she loved educating veterinary teams and why she and her longtime friend Caitlin Keat founded Empowering Veterinary Teams, LLC.
