Veteran Gets New Roof Thanks to Military Initiative | Dayton News

A U.S. Air Force vet in Springfield just got a brand-new roof thanks to the Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project — a nationwide initiative honoring veterans and their families. Partnering with Purple Heart Homes, the team from Home Genius Exteriors installed the roof, calling it a powerful way to give back to those who sacrificed for our country. Since launching in 2016, the program has replaced roofs for over 850 service members, proving that even small acts of kindness can transform lives.
