Venture capitalist Tracy Chadwell makes good bets – early investments include Beautycounter, recently valued at $1 Billion. But after facing the double-whammy of sexism and ageism in the venture capital world, Tracy made her biggest bet of all – launching her own investing fund, 1843 Capital.
