Mike Kim is a psychoanalyst/ex-monk, research writer, and retired Veterans Affairs Vet Center site director. His research at Columbia University developing his original theory of "Veteran Readjustment Culture" has recently been presented at the University of North Texas. Mike's work he has advocated for vets and their families since the early 1990's. He has over 20,000 clinical hours in war trauma therapy. He first joined the military in 1986 and has intermittently served since 2009. He is a graduate of Norwich Military College of Vermont, Yale University, and the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma.
