Veterans Day Message

Every day, 20 veterans loses their life to suicide. This is been a growing trend over the past decade especially now that veterans from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are now coming home to their families. If you're a veteran who are going through these thoughts, please don't hesitate and call the veterans suicide hotline. It has helped me, and has helped many veterans that I know that are dealing with depression anxiety and suicidal thoughts so don't hesitate and seek help today.
