Guest BioDr. Rynele Mardis is a practitioner–scholar with "grit," with years of leadership experience and an outstanding record of accomplishments, his passion is found in leading people and organizations to excellence!Rynele has 20+ yr career where he has been nominated and selected above his peers for promotion and competitively selected on numerous occasions for highly selective assignments to include conducting academic research on global security matters, and later selected as an Army-level Interagency Fellow in the IC both highly selective assignments.Rynele’s career spanned the full spectrum of military global crisis and emergency response planning and operational execution; exercise design and development; and the management of critical resources with aim to reduce negative environmental impacts.
