VetIntel: What's MISSING From Our Veterans Service Orgs?

So, I've been thinking. There's been some over arching thing that's missing from out Veterans Service Organization. It boiled down to one keyword that I extended into an extended piece that was part rant and part illustrating what I meant. I know attention spans are short, but I think I might really be on to something to save our orgs as well as helping our veterans and our communities. Did you guess where I was going?
