After a lifetime of having to spell her name, Victoria Girling-Butcher has opted for VGB. The New Plymouth artist is our Making Tracks feature this week with single 'The Giver And The Gift'. 'The Giver and The Gift' is a song on polarity, fuelled by driving guitars and bass remembered long after the final note. Life in the past decade for VGB has certainly brought changes – disbanding Lucid 3, moving to Paris, returning to Aotearoa, marriage and a daughter, guitarist in Sire Dave Dobbyn's band, and becoming a ‘dudette’ for Th' Dudes' final shows.
