Welcome. Welcome to you. I'm Glen Brooks, the things of the vibrant living network where we assist you, assist us in waking up and being able to live the things that are relevant, that move you. You know, those things that really move you when you are taking a shower or driving and going to the other side of your brain.
It feels like, oh, you have a sense you can really engage that. How to talk yesterday with a psychologist. You can be doing a program on the vibrant living network. When you are talking about what to take to engage the brain and coming out of the bag, you say, yeah, but it's not really a yes.
I will ask you to pay attention to that. And you say, yeah. And then when it's a yes, how is it different than it? When it's a yes.
How is it different when you talk about your hips in terms of this hip or is that hip? I met Dr. Debbie Lenquist, she wrote an article about getting surgery. She said, you notice it was a difference.
When she said this hip or is that hip? What happens when you say this hip and that hip? I want to welcome up. We go down to that question.
Because questions is how we kind of get free of our viruses. So when thought viruses leave, we become clearer. And then we can get into this kind of relational brain and this relational wisdom, if you will. And I'm going to talk to you a little bit about how this vibrant living challenge, our living challenge.
We're going to continue on this thing with language and engagement. All right, I'll bond, but he's our number one producer in New York. He's bringing a team of 30 people in from New York. People that will not just have a format, but they'll share their vibrant vision with you whether they want to write a book, you know, movie.
You know, one of the things that really helped, I think of this journey is that we share the obstacles and challenges in the light of day with each other. And sometimes when it's not the light of day, you know, because sometimes the obstacles seem so big. And a lot of us, you know, we get split into what I call terminal normality unless we have that vibrant seeing, right? And we give that to each other.
So, oh, yeah, what happens when you say, when pay attention to your hips right now, and say this hip or that hip, and tell me what's different. So first off, we've got a welcome. Welcome, welcome. Tell me what you notice when you say this hip, and then go to that hip.
So when I think of my, you know, I'm kind of trying to take it to my right and my left hip. And I think what we could say is, you know, in general, the right and left, the right usually represents more of like, you know, more abundance of energy, outpouring of energy, or just more giving over. And the left usually represents more of the severity of, um, reserving it, you know, energy being shed. Not as, not as their channels, but more, yeah, so more like directed.
And I, I think it's, I kind of feel like more in general in my body, including my hips, I feel more on my right side, you know, more energy, more vibrancy, more, uh, more substance, I guess I could say I don't know if that's the right word. And I would say more of a more, on the left side is more restricted, I guess you could say, you know, to kind of explain to why, you know, you know, in my health, you know, the things, you know, my, the best, my better side, my body, more, my right. Um, and you know, and the opposite's more of the left side. And some of the people have an opposite as well.
Um, they're interested in how that plays out. Yeah. I mean, that's, you, by the way, you answered, you went to another level of discovery on that one. I guess I was just, I mean, that was interesting too.
Do you notice the difference when you say this hip or is that hip? So let's, in, in, you know, Deborah's case, she's an oncologist and she was getting surgery and what she told me was that she was a big difference or saying this hip versus that hip. I brought a closer in. I just want to go at your experience.
If you say this hip, is that changed if you want any which way? Your experience of your connection to your hip. I think it does, if they're an extent. Um, you know, I, you know, I think you have to be honest with that something I'm always consciously thinking about, but you know, I like to mention it, definitely, you know, I definitely, you know, like I said before, I definitely feel differences and, um, I definitely feel differences in both hips and I even think about the right on the left and different parts and how it's going to work.
It's not only affecting our body because you know I've been on the day, there's no acts and why, you know, myself and other people are hip or respond and they act, um, characteristically in a wide variety of manifesting ways. Yeah, no, you're, you're a deep speaker. You go into this. You know, it's interesting, I'll share this with you guys.
So in the vibrant living challenge, which is our three month, we're using this as a basis of a membership because, you know, anything we talk about in this format, I'm interested in you guys engaging in living this, you know, whether you want to produce a movie or a book or, you know, sometimes what's needed is just an environment that has this quality of vibrancy where it's kind of like you, you can notice things in the listening. I'll give you guys an example of it someplace the other day and this woman, she was limping, you know, I'd seen a live before. I didn't even live before and she's limping and I asked what happened and she just told me that she had flew it behind her knee, but I could see what she really was saying. What she really was saying that is that, you know, she, she was really terrified.
She was listening. She was thinking about this disease that she might have, who looked arthritis and I, I spelled it on time when they were just saying I want you to research and pay attention to people who restored to themselves, you know, to full health and that was like such a new, what sort of a new listening. And so what I mean by in the listening is to notice when you get around certain environments, how it impacts you. It's a part of the vibrancy living challenge.
I want you to notice what happens when you're in certain environments, the language, but, you know, what that conjures up in your mind. And one of the people that really impacted me around it was this was this kind of normal cousins. Because I did, when I put together the vibrancy living challenge, it was very organic. I just would meet exemplifiers.
People that I met is an example of a woman who wrote a book called Who Says So, Who Says So. And in Who Says So, she basically walked away from this life of having a mess. It was physically, emotionally, spiritually, and so she really became a very strong physical person and she didn't really relate to that whole world. And she felt because of that she was able to live into the whole kind of life.
So she walked away from it and she began to have a sudden level of freedom. So language, right, like what we pay attention to language, then we get together in a group. So let's take it together with the vibrancy challenges and you realize that all symptoms, just to play with this for a moment, that all symptoms are healing in progress. So that if your perspective is that the things you're going to have this other end is bigger than post to hells and abundance.
If you're an author, let's say a lot of times it seems like things may not work out. So the idea is the momentum of the group and the group vision and perhaps you deeply. I just want to say that in a little bit, we're going to have a read of gentleman. And she's beginning a new show on our network called The Unlimited Learner.
And she's also going to be a vibrancy speaker. And I want you guys to hear her journey because I get to work really closely on the inside with Rita on becoming a vibrancy speaker. And really it's much more than speaking the preference way of listening. And it's a way of appreciating in our lives.
You know, we have certain discovers that totally turn around our energy and our ability to pay attention. So here's the thing. So most of what we pay attention, we pay attention from places of emergency. That's called close focus or close awareness.
So part of what we do in the vibrancy is the vibrancy. And the vibrancy challenges is a three month program, a three month challenge. The challenge being that when we come together, we come together out of a place of, to something to the miraculous going and going to asking the question what's possible, the only possible. And people share their vibrancy vision and they get a partner.
And the whole group is their partner you could say. Because something happens when we come together with a different focus. And it's really a strong thing. And I've done this in many, many groups now where in the beginning, it just seems like, you know, it's hard to get momentum.
Once you get momentum, the ones you could see, you know, you could see that. What's the right time to opt? We don't see them. But being in environment with the options is all and you see new, you have a new experience of inspiration and a path of action.
So I want to encourage you guys to go to the vibrancy living network, website vibrancy living network. And to be in touch directly, we're starting a new vibrancy living challenge. And Ariel, what we do is at the end of the day, once we give away vacations, the places that I love, I think that are beautiful places, vibrant, we, in and spas. So we give away two vacations to the exemplifies, the people that really exemplify the spirit of the challenge.
So the spirit that what's happened to the challenge is there's different categories of quadrants. We got their relational quadrant. And as a matter of fact, Ariel, I have a question for you. Ariel is my, Ariel is my, my vibrant master, my partner here.
So sometimes another person who's invested in your well-being and bigger vision, bigger success, they'll have enough, they'll see something not. So the two questions that kind of connected, I was thinking that what I would do with the bibrancy living challenge this time around our next three months challenge, is a lot of people also use the challenge, some people, as a place of some sort of matchmaking. So that is an example they could need their beloved in the challenge. And I was wondering, I was thinking about the corporate, and I wanted to ask you your take on that.
You like that idea. Absolutely. I think it's something, I think a lot of people would appreciate it, would love to look into. And, you know, people want to go beyond dating.
And, you know, people are, you know, like we've met it before looking for more of a relational, of our vibrant connection. And I think that would definitely be a big part of what we can offer to all of our listeners, and followers, et cetera. Beautiful. All right, okay.
Yes, that's just great. Okay, that was really good. The other question I have, because we're opening up vibrant, vibrant, vibrant, matchmaking nationally. All right, this is the last, like when this first kind of came in, and I knew that I wanted to do a very unusual kind of matchmaking beyond dating to relating.
The first name that I had was Soul to Soul Matchmaking, Soul to Soul Matchmaking. My curiosity to you is today, do you prefer the name Soul to Soul or Vibran Matchmaking? So the idea of the vibrant matchmaking was that people come together beyond the counterfeit dating thing, and they really discover and bring out the vibrancy in each other, the real vibrancy that's there. It's an ongoing lifestyle together.
It's a vibrant, like yesterday in a talk, the in love lifestyle, your brain and your whole thing together is to discover this level so that your intimacy goes from another level, because it's kind of a devotional thing in some sense. Now, just curious, which name resonates with you more? Vibran Matchmaking is Soul to Soul Matchmaking. You know, it's funny.
I always like the name Vibran Matchmaking, but now that you mention Soul to Soul Matchmaking, I'm looking for my soulmate for my right one, you know, from the right to the root of my soul, which is all very true and it's actually no question about it. I kind of like, so it's on that speaking. I don't know what the audience is thinking of, though. I don't know what they're thinking of.
All right, all right. All right. Once you guys call in, I want you guys to call in. I've got to give you guys a call in number.
How are y'all? Let's give him a call in number. I'm thinking, do I have a call in number right in front of me? Chris, have you considered me and I might have it here.
I might be like, I might have a trick. Okay. So, you guys should be the inside geniuses here and get full credit. But let's be too clearly and succinctly.
When you feel like, I want to share my life and go beyond dating and learn to go, you know, get beyond dating, get beyond knowing. One of our principles is recognition. Another principle is on vibrant intimacy. So, which name do you guys prefer?
This is going to launch October 1 nationally vibrant matchmaking, vibrant matchmaking, our soul to Soul Matchmaking, 2 or 2, 570, 7072, 502, 570, 570, 7070, 5077. And if you guys are interested in learning how to be a full time, informational, vibrant speaker, we've got Rita Jones coming on. She's going to be in it. She's going to have her own show and we're going to explore what Rita today, what it would take to really be the amazing speaker that she already is, by the way.
She already is. So, I'll give that number again. 2 or 2, 570, 750, 7077. All right, Ariel.
I want you to share something that's been moving recently. You know, it's a really funny thing. Somehow, the battery that I have, it's hard to tell, it's charging. So, if somehow I lose connection, Ariel, you're going to take over the whole ship.
You're going to be in command. So, why don't you know it? Something happened. All right, all right, all right.
So, what I want you to do today, if this happens, I won't know for a little bit. My device is not letting me. So, here's the thing, if this happens, Rita's going to come on at 130. And there's two things.
So, we're just coming in the doctor attached a segment. The doctor attached a segment. So, doctor attached a segment for 30 years and then helping people release the beliefs that are in their bodies. A lot of times, we get these beliefs.
I mean, we don't even know they're not bodies. We don't even realize we're operating from beliefs. It's kind of like, oh, I guess we'll need to continue. By the way, if you develop trust in your life, you'll build a little more renewed aware life.
You see, I'm trusting R.E.L. It's just that it's such a gift having trust in our lives. It changes your heart, by the way, your physical heart changes with trust. They were their survival living.
And now, soon to be potentially sold to soul matchmaking in a moment. I'm going to run by the righteous for myself and R.E.L. Bond Road. The real conscious connection.
Own Times Radio, IOM FM. Host your show on IOM FM, the radio network of onetime's media, one of the more recognized brand names in the conscious community and is backed by the extensive marketing reach of onetime's. Hosting a show on IOM FM immediately connects you with our extensive dedicated community. Hello, I'm Sandy Sedgeby, a host of OOM Times Magazine's flagship radio show, What is Going On.
My passion is to see information, research, and innovations from these thought features, speakers, and researchers pushing back the boundaries of what we know about life, energy, metaphysics, and the universe. I love shifting perceptions about who we are, why we're here, and how quickly impossible becomes normal when we open our minds, expand our awareness, and accept that the only limits that exist are those we place upon ourselves. So if you're the kind of forward thinking, eager investigator of what lies beyond the current reality that most perceive, why not make a date to come play with me in the field of possibilities that are present, a sandbag, a doctor. Actually, if you send a monetary donation, you send all these things.
Even a small donation can make a big impact and can quickly become exactly what people affected by disaster need most. In the wake of a hurricane, your monetary donation can make a huge difference to those in need, to donate, visit supportharkenrelief.org, that support hurricanerelief.org brought to you by the eye council. You must be a survivor living network. We're beyond the podcast, we're not beyond a radio, it's a really way of life.
And if you would like to speak to people and communicate, you must be a much larger group of people in both community and become a vibrant speaker and come to our events. We're going to go from Vermont, to Ireland, and now New York, the Menless Center. We got Nathan Lewis who got Nathan Lewis who got Nathan Lewis who got Nathan Lewis who got used to fighting, he's a trans-mate. He did say he said 120.
Nathan, a new vibrant living team member, he's just fabulous. And he works at the most beautiful retreat center up in the Catskills. And we are holding by the way, Ariel. We get vehicles who announce dates within a week about our Catskills events.
So very, very soon we are coming to New York and Ariel is in charge. I want you guys to be in touch with Ariel if you're in the New York or you just feel like, God, I want to be part of the vibrant living network. I want to discover how to own the stage, how to communicate in a way that makes your message alive. How to write a book.
Like all the things that you could do that are kind of one of a kind thing on the vibrant living network. And plus, I'm inspired. If you want to meet us, we want to meet you. So being in touch with Ariel today, I'll help say to you about being part of the vibrant living network, particularly in the New York, New Jersey, that general area where we're going to build a massive team of people.
I say, yes, so three people that are singing about the team. Oh my God, the universe led me to this point. And now I really want to have a one of a kind platform. And we're all going to be a team together.
We're going to give the baton to each other. And we're going to have a lot of that as we come together and really become vibrant speakers and listeners and go beyond it to what level we have and because we're together in a new vibrant region together. How can people be in touch with Ariel? Sure, and it's definitely going to be incredible.
And we can't wait to see everybody. So the best way to reach out to me is via email. My email is rafua.com. It's spelled as R-E-F-U-A-H-H-O-M-P-O-T-A-T-H-Y at gmail.com.
Again, it's R-E-F-U-H-H-O-M-E-O-T-A-T-H-Y at gmail.com. And feel free to go. Thank you. One, thank you.
Chris, Chris, who's put together with his beautiful wife, the Ompanj Ray, is our partner. So I'm going to be working with Chris and the Ompanj Ray, and I'm going to have a new freestanding that we're called the vibrant living network, which is all about momentum, connection, expression. So again, if you want to own the stage, if you want to breathe a new breath, you know, it's such a unique, powerful thing to be able to take something, particularly if you're an entrepreneur, you've never been an entrepreneur. And to go past the world of isolation, fear, and overwhelm, and bring into your body, into your body a message that you haven't discovered yet, or that you want to express it at another level.
And so we actually practiced together, the beauty and the wonder of practice together, had a craft and messages, and I just actually just helped someone write a book because a lot of times what happens is people come with goals, and they discover when they go beyond their goals, the thing that really moves them. So one of the questions of the vibrant living challenge and being a vibrant host is what's possible, the impossible, if possible, the impossible. And I realized in my life, all the time, I didn't know what that was until I met an example fire. I met someone, and I could kind of feel the breath and I could feel the movement.
And these things are contagious, so part of my study is how do I let these things impact me? So New York is an example. Welcome, welcome, Nate. Hello, hello, good day to everybody, good to be on.
Hey, Nate. Hello, hello. I got a thumbs up, you just arrived in your holiday, it was in a minute, but ran their back literally onto the studio, so I just picked up vibration. I had to take the back roads, that's why I'm a little late.
I had to take the back roads, that's why I'm a little late. I had to take the back roads, that's why I'm a little late. I was like, hey, I got, you know, I bring that a hip up just then. So, oh, I know what you're going to say, this is, I want to show you guys.
So, people have to, how do you meet these people and what happens? And I live in this vibrant collaboration where I feel like life is really about meeting people, and just going through another level together, because you're together. You know, this whole thing, the matchmaker, we were discussing a minute ago, Nate. I'm going to put your genius on the spot here.
We were discussing about impact. So, when I first, it's always funny to say when I first, because it really wasn't life, what happened was when I had this relational tsunami, and when I felt that I just missed my part, so much I missed on it so much. And I had about a year and a half where I didn't feel like I can fully see color. It was a really interesting year.
And people would say to me, you know, you're like, you're a live coach, what happened? And I'd be like, well, I'm discovering something telling you. I have a resource. I've actually never had this quality of art right before.
And so, what happened was I, this book came in called Divorce the Patterns, not each other. Divorce the Patterns not each other. And then along with that, I started to write something called Soul to Soul Matchmaking, Soul to Soul Matchmaking. So, now what happens is, this is true, a lot of times I ask someone, one of the highest honors is to ask someone.
I do, I did it, but say, I want to ask you something, I want to ask you because I just, I just probably would appreciate your like authentic answer. And so, I would ask people, like what name was the deepest until the first name was Soul to Soul Matchmaking. It says, opening up, you know, vibrant matchmaking nationally. I said to Ariel, I said, what name speaks to deepest view?
Like when you, when you hear vibrant matchmaking, it's all about cultivating a deepest vibrant match, or Soul to Soul, and Ariel, what would Soul to Soul a little bit more? And I was wondering, I was just wondering, because you're, you're certainly within the, you know, my attention is to everybody out of the meditation chambers and meditation cells and get them with their partners so they can have eyes open meditation together. That's my secret agenda here, relational meditation. What, so what, what?
Or to end the world of dating. Which name resonates with you? I'm just curious. And why?
I think Soul to Soul or Spirit to Spirit are something about, you know, the energy beyond us to hold this together, something like that. Yeah. Because, or maybe Soul to Soul beyond the stories we tell ourselves, something like that, because we, we tend to be inside our heads a lot, and when we are in that dating quote unquote, dating world, we're searching as opposed to allowing things to come to us as opposed to putting that intention out that something will come to us and what is right will come to us. When we're dating, we tend to be searching and that searching is aligned with this story we have in our head about who our perfect partner is.
Let's, let's, let's come back to it. I love what you just said. I love what you just said. It resonates deeply.
What I want to do is introduce Rita right now. So I think she's there. Are you there right now? I'm right here, Glenn.
Yes, I am. You know, just the moment I met you. Ariel's shouting out to you Rita. Oh Ariel, hi.
Yeah. We got, we got Nate used with us Rita who's put programs together at Menlaw. Which, which, by the way, you're going to go to Menlaw. We're going to meet with Nate.
We're going to have your program in that 20 business. I haven't even, I can tell you about you. Oh yeah. You're going to go to Menlaw.
Yeah. I've heard a lot about you read already. So I feel like it's already unfolding. It's great to have you on with us.
Fantastic. I love it. All right. I'm going to see, I'm going to see what my team here with Nate and Ariel.
So the first time I spoke to Rita, I said Rita, could I ask anything about your experience? And she was like, anything. She got emulated. She like emulated.
And I remember feeling like, wow, it was a most, it was such a intimate moment. It was like, I just felt an instant sense of, you know, Rita and where she was coming from. And then what she told me she wanted to be an inspirational speaker. Now, the last time she was on, she was on this segment, which is a Dr.
Tasha segment. And so the Dr. Tasha segment. So I met Dr.
Tasha, I don't know, probably seven years ago when I was going to my most intense relational tsunami. And I would drive six hours to see her. And I said to her when I could barely walk, I'd be like, you know, Tasha, I feel like there's something here because most therapists, I'm only laughing at my service recently, she totally flipped out. And he said to me, my therapist had some consciousness.
She didn't. She totally got angry when I said this. I said to her, you know, most conscious don't get relational training, you know, and she just flipped out and sort of, it was humorous at the time. And I thought she had contact with me, so apologize.
She said to her, apologize, she says, never call me again, who's my number? Wasn't an apology. Wow. Oh, by the way, everybody, so he got so angry.
We were walking in this beautiful club in this backwoods and she got so far. I said, you know, I'm not able to hear you. And she's like, I don't care. And then we'll see.
This time that happened to me since high school, by the way, we got to the car. She had like a 19 or 2017, she literally lived in a little so much it left me in a cloud of smoke. And everyone was like, wow, that was something else. She didn't like what I said.
So, so here's the thing. Clearly. So when you told your experience of me, you know, having this like sexual or this trauma, when you were seven and you were saying to me, you really had no thought love and this connection to a man. And you said it's so clearly and powerful.
And when you tell me you want to be a speaker, you already impacted me as a speaker. So, I just want to say, I think, I think, do do on a teshen of here and you share your story because a lot of people listen to this and I'll hear, you know, teshen of here about releasing your beliefs over your body. And that's a big idea. That's a big leap for people.
But here you are. You're seven years old. You have this, I don't know what to call it, in positional, not just sort of thing. Happen that all to your question.
How would you say it? I was, I would say I was elected, basically. You said a bit of the word. Yes.
Thank you. I'm laughing just because, you know, unfortunately, it's a big part of life, you know, that happens. So here we go. That's an event that really shapes life or anyone else is like not only a woman because males go through that, unfortunately as well.
Yeah. And so basically, but, you know, I just want to backtrack just a little bit. I was in a marriage with 12 years. A lot of my husband very, very much.
There was no intimacy and I started looking a little deeper and I couldn't understand. You know, I'm like, I was thinking about this when I was 35, I'm the president of 40 and I'm thinking, okay, something's wrong. I'm 35. I don't understand.
There's all this love, but there's no intimacy and passion. And it just felt really wrong. And I really, really did not want to be in a relationship that doesn't have that doesn't offer that. And I went to many different alternative methods of therapy, but teshen I seem to be really the one I stuck with.
And I traveled to her like, you know, two hours, which is I'm in Manhattan. She's in Berkshires. And I did a year of intensive work with her. And clearly, what I found out that there were a lot of patterns that were really holding in this relationship.
That I didn't trust men. And by the way, just to say this relationship was an open marriage relationship, how convenient when somebody's boundaries are so massively, you know, overstepped like with me and on top of that, a living with parents who were very much unhappy and hated each other and cheated and each other 24 seven over time. It add up and all those layers add up. So then you have this, you know, I've absorbed it from a very young age that open marriage is kind of cool because you don't have to commit.
You can just kind of be in slow. And that felt okay for a while, but eventually, eventually, eventually I knew I had to wear with it all to understand something is really missing here because I'm having sex with everyone else. No, but not my husband. Something is weird.
You know what I mean? The dead is a little bit bizarre, you know, and it didn't honestly look like I'm selling you as a woman from the inside hours. Okay, as a woman and most people tell you this when they're honest, having sex without having the heart involved is very unpleasant and very un-pensifying, extremely. And I wanted to be satisfied and it was not working for me.
And we worked with Tash now, you know, the neuro emotional technique to work, you know, the acrimanist entity that she does is very powerful because it goes to the very root. It goes to the unconscious mind and really goes to those events that happen in our life, that shape our life, that bring us to the present moment of why we are where we are. And, you know, where we realize through this muscle testing, I realize that I had to believe that in order for me to be safe. I have to do that.
You know, do me a favor. First of all, you're absolutely brilliant. I just wanted to slow down. I wanted to slow down.
So like a lot of people in that, I want you to, so what you're saying, you're talking about kind of a major leap or a major leap of breakthrough because for a lot of people, what happens is they did the first half of their life and they, a lot of people don't get to transform them like by the second half of their life. And you have, you have. So, just like as an example, so what Teshita does is she tests the body in terms of congruency. Like, as an example, if you say, I love men and she's able to muscle test.
And you know what men, it shows up in your body. You go weak. So that's, I don't want to issue the only estate with you because you're saying really, you say such powerful stuff in a lot of people, you know, they like listening to and saying, oh, I have a trauma happen when I was 13 and I was going to be honest. I never overcame that.
So a lot of people, this is really powerful what you're saying. So always introduce an idea because it might be new to some people. Thank you. Absolutely.
No, you're totally right. Yes. So she would test my body and she would say that certain statements, from example, it's a good statement. I'm, actually, the statement that I ended up working with a lot is I'm okay being a woman.
I'm okay being a sexual woman and say for me to be sexual with men. That was something that I went to a lot and that was a statement that I had to say out loud and I'm also kept in one week every single time we would say that out loud because there was some kind of a threatening response that overcame my body and I just really became weak because of, you know, primarily the event that occurred at seven years old. I never get to my father relationship when I my mother relationship their relationship between father and mother and the violence between them. So there was a lot of layers.
It's really peeling and onion, but I'm really getting to a place where you could say, I'm okay being a woman. I'm okay being sexual. I'm okay being us. I'm safe with men and getting to a place when when you say it, you feel it on every single level of your body mind, body, soul, and it's unwavering and you're confident and you feel congruent with the work that you're putting into the universe and with the feeling inside of your body.
And when you know that whatever trauma was there has cleared specifically in relationship to this belief system. And never doing. Yeah. Oh, by the way, we continue.
I'm gonna invite Nate. And all he always he said when he told her first story, I was saying this is a sugar now because she had done that. He speaks, he translates into Jewish language as well. He likes to just enjoy a state with us.

I want to you by Feeding America and the audience. Hello, I'm Glenn Brouche with the channel. You articulated that you are these beliefs, these obstructions are these obstacles that were in your life and that you were devoted to free yourself and have recognition rather than force through them to be something that you're an experience. So it sounds like you're this tremendous willingness.
I guess I just want to say that as an adult, such a beautiful journey, as an adult to be able to come into this crisis. I want the guys to ask you a second. I just want to say to the audience that I want to give Dr. Teshia's website as well.
I know that he's felt really better than me because I haven't claimed my belief and I'm a good speller. You can help me. We do spell it. Dr.
Teshia. He, elephant, as Sam, the half. And Nancy, the TO. All right, Dr.
Teshia. Tom. Yes. Dr.
Teshia. yes. I still believe they think I got into sixth grade and I know who did it. Now I'll update with them.
You guys want to talk about what we just said? I just actually said so much. or what they, what they're talking about, trauma itself, like it's in terrible, or we need to, right, go ahead, go ahead. What's on your problem?
Yeah, I mean, there is just so many layers there. And I think without even exaggerating, you dove through so many of them. And very few people are lucky to even get past the clouds, let alone get to the surface and go below it. I know that throughout my relational journey, and my romantic relationships, I've had to go through some of those traumas that have been brought up in my life.
And it's amazing how aware we can be, right? We know how our childhood was, and we know how traumatizing some of those aspects of it might have been. And we know the degree of how our parents in a relationship was or wasn't a relationship, so on and so forth, yet. We don't tend to go into our bodies and feel where we're holding those and where those are holding us back and what emotions we're holding.
So just on a very surface level, it's just so powerful if we start doing those type of things. And over the last couple of years, I've made leaps and bounds to see a lot of my weaknesses in relationships, seeing how traumatic my parents' relationship was and how that affects my view on relationships and how I tend to hold some of that fear of resentment and fear of betrayal in my body and try to let go of that. And by the way, really, you said something about women in their heart. And I just wanna say that's one of my big studies has been on vibrant intimacy.
And that, well, I actually came up with a seminar. I was gonna teach a course of a course called Penetrator Heart. And I mean, it's not that powerful. Yeah, so I said, okay, I wanna say, you are such a symphony of wonderous life giving feedback.
And yeah, you're very, you know, there's a boldness in you. There's a boldness in you. But I can see that you'll feel my seminar, Penetrator Heart because you'll tell all the women and men and you'll also thank you in advance of that. So, so you know what, okay, so you went to test, you dedicated a year, because you really, you must have felt on some level of your soul, your being that there was another whole life.
Is it an example, I've been a lot of women, let's say, who I guess a lot of people, what do they do? They settle or they, what are they doing? They just kind of feel like, well, that's just the way it is. So I guess an example of you, you felt you could have this intimate life and if something was missing and somehow you did something to buy, what's your take on your relationship?
Like, what did you notice about you that allowed you to take an action that was pretty bold action, how did you come to this place where you're going to take an action and, you know, go for this? You know, it's a fantastic question and I always ask myself the same question because I have this unwavering, unapologetic, pit bull-like driving me to be free. I love and I worship freedom. And I mean freedom that allowed me to live with two opposites within side of myself.
And I really, I don't know if you're born with it. I don't know if you learn it. I don't know if it's both. I don't know because if you, if I look at the life that I've led and the parents that I was born to from Ukraine and that communist era and all the aspects of that, I've never had an example that there is something that's self-development.
I mean, it's never been taught to me, but I have to be honest with you. I am such, I have such a thirst and hunger to be open-hearted and live a free life that this is the only way I know how to get there. And I will do anything to feel free, anything. I love freedom.
And it's something that I feel very innate for me, but that feels very limiting because it's, I am sure we all want freedom. Because when you feel free of freedom, oh my God, it's so magical. Why would you not want to strive for freedom? Why would you not want to?
But I somehow sense that, you know, I knew it exists and when I experience a part of what it feels like, I can't, I just want more and I want more and I want more. And I feel like self-journey, self-interspection, feeling your feelings, feeling your body is a way to get to that truth and wisdom. That's that's you free. Yeah, no, I, yeah.
And I can't really, you know, I wish I could say, I, somebody taught me or somebody inspired me. I, I, it's in me, it lives in me in every cell of my body. I love it. And I think that's the important part, right?
The fact that nobody taught it to you means that it's something that's accessible to everybody and in the sense that we can only truly unlock it ourselves. That's a powerful thing. I think it's always the same thing. That's it.
I wanted, that's where I wanted to go with it. That's correct. Absolutely. It's available to everybody.
No, Ariel is connected. Yeah, sorry, sorry. That's right. It was just a, it was something you were talking to me about.
You were going to investigate real estate in Ukraine and maybe moving out of your place in the great network. We'll talk about it off the air. Go ahead, please. Go ahead.
We can get away, Maya. Thank God, we'd have got that. I love that. Thank you, Rita.
Yes, yes, yes. Sorry, we keep interrupting you. No, no, sorry. I'll just say really quickly.
I really, I actually really resonate with your experience because actually my work, my whole year has actually worked with a lot of women who, you know, they have to deal with troubles and relationships, whether personal, etc. Because of past traumas or negative occurrences or marriages, etc. I think what it is, is that obviously, of course, it's something that's very hard to really understand and really get because of the pain and the suffering of all. For example, my experience when I work with women like that or males like that as well.
It's important, it's also very important to see how those experiences really can help shape you in the direction you went through. For example, as probably the experience that you went through and that you had to get to deal with, eventually you were able to grow and learn and become the person you are today in order to reach the, in order to access the freedom and the satisfaction that you want to do in the life path that you want to go on. And I think, of course, there are things like therapy, proper therapy, homeopathy, holistic healing that can really help guide every channel people in that right direction, you know, if they need it. I think we also have to realize that it's the experience that makes us the people who we are and help us to really access and achieve our potential and our destiny and our fate and the way that's really, that's really worth it, that's really right for us and our inner most self.
I can definitely say also, you know, thank God I never, you know, I've had also traumatic experiences in my past, especially in terms of dating, but I can definitely say that there weren't for the negative experience that I had to go through and suffer through and grow from the learn from. You know, I wouldn't be, you know, I wouldn't be, I wouldn't be going on today and I wouldn't be able to be on the past time today. And, you know, I can really look back and think for all I went through, which really helped me become who I am. And I think that's really the key.
I think it's a really to take those negative experiences and turn them into positive outcomes and to really look back and see, okay, this happens to me, this is terrible. This is definitely, you know, we wouldn't want to understand anyone, of course, I'm out there, it's not ideal. But I think those negative, those negative past results, outcomes, experiences, they really, they really also opportunities to grow and become better and we're happier and we're satisfied people and living a lot that we want to live. You know, you know what I'm going to say Ariel and Nate is that I'm actually writing up a book called, it's called The Courage.
It's all about courage to be vulnerable and I love it about you. I think when I first mentioned your ability to marry courage and vulnerability, it's just it's really awesome in a way because it reveals you as a human being instantly and I realize that if you're so there, so you know, it transfers to your work working with people around unlimited learning because I feel like you speak a language that's accessible by all human beings. You speak, you could speak linear but there's an aspect you that speaks way beyond linear and you speak to children in their language and that's why I'm so honored to be working with you as a speaker and also I feel like the format where you're going to be profound and I feel very resourceful, so I'm honored to be working with you. I also want to say that let's just, okay, so this is going to attach our next week by the way, she just sent me a, and actually we can actually, you know, we're very instrumental in the sense that, you know, we're going to do the series on divorcing the patterns on each other.
You know what I love about you, you articulate your clarity almost, it's just, it's not your longest on your tongue so quick. I love it about you, I, yeah, you know, because I think in the realm of heart-picking things, it's, now I want to say when you say you're in open marriage, of course, my take on it, open marriages can never work. Plus to me, like the open marriage is kind of like getting, I don't know, like organic, you're getting good food in McDonald's, doesn't really exist, does it? I just couldn't get it, couldn't get open marriage together, just didn't resonate.
So I thought your clarity was, you know, I look at how to say about that, it was really, so I want to encourage people, Dr. Tashis has a workshop coming up in November, she teaches you guys how to actually release these beliefs, these obstructions that are in your body, so that you're not fighting them and bumping up again, like what would you say, just, I guess in a moment, just to say to people, why would you encourage people to go to Dr. Tashis's workshop from your experience? Well, I feel, if you want to be happy and you want to be free, you really want to make sure that what you're thinking resonates and is aligned with what is going on in your body.
So let's say just an example, the other day, I said to myself, oh, today I'm doing y'all the great, great, and then I come to my second and I moved into my body. Oh, Jesus, there's no energy for yoga, my body's completely, but my mind keeps saying, no, you gotta go to yoga and the future's done, I'm gonna always live into my body, because my body's exhausted, I'm gonna schlak myself to yoga, I'm gonna be different, I'm gonna have, I'm gonna exhaust myself, but what I'm saying is that it's really powerful to be able to do this work and live in your truth, let your body speak. The brain is a place where we often get stuck, yes, logical, linear thinking is useful and wonderful when you're being your bills, you know, when you're crossing the street, planning your patient, et cetera, but you really, if you want to live a joyful life, it's important to remember that those two need to be connected and Tashna has the tools to be able to do that very quickly and very effectively. All right, she'll be listening next week, and go check out her website at DrTeshna.com.teshna and because you're the spelling bee expert, you can go ahead and spell Tashna.
I don't have a per corner for me, like I used to do, but I wanna make sure you guys go to this website and you can also call DrTeshna and tell your personal situation, the workshop that's under enjoyable pleasant and you can actually practice this level of being able to remove the belief of the obstructions from your body with the guidance of someone who's done over 30 years. All right, this is your opportunity, Rita, to spell T-E-S-H-N-A, DrTeshna. All right, all right, and this should be some kind of reward for you. I don't know, maybe gluten free bagels, something will become a dis, that was a very good spelling though.
I don't know if you know this. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I gave you a little like freaking review so I came suicidal eating gluten free food, so I, it done better, done better, umm, umm, I credit with don executed and lock, that'll be weird. Mm hmm hmm,ah. paddles is oh.
aku wanted to show a little like that. Mhm. I will show you guys how it was making it in millions of dollars to keep forth in millions world between sex and love, they don't realize that when you actually connect those roles together with the whole different world. So I love your recognition.
Say something about being the unlimited learner. I want you to say something about your work and who you are. Go ahead. Because who you are so beautiful to me and your message is so powerful.
So I'm going to come spot. Take a minute. Well, I'm trained as an occupational therapist, but I work, I have auditable delis and I combine with my work with sensory motor learning and helping kids really organize and feel and sense. I ask you that question, right?
Is the, your theme music was coming on. We're going to just be going to bring your beautiful work to Mr. Troward. Thank you, Nate.
Thank you, Ariel. You like questions. Enjoy with me again. Thank you.
Love you a lot, me too. Thank you. Thank you so much. Bye, guys.
