We are going to talk about all the things you wonder about, how to live, how to heal, how to connect, how to love, how to be seen. Your life is precious.
Enjoy it. Welcome, welcome. I'm Glenn Brooks. I'm really happy you're with us today.
I want to ask you, the last time I'm making this moment, when you saw something or you had this experience of seeing, when you, in other words, you kind of drop back for a moment and you saw something clear and it sort of moved you. You were touched by it. You're focused, went from a close focus to open awareness. And you felt the breadth of life.
You felt something different than this kind of routine, right? What we do in the day is looking, looking on the computer screen, looking at some conclusion. But imagine if, in fact, you could go from this looking to this open seeing. This has a quality of harsh on this breadth.
And imagine if that blossoms in your life, a regular basis. And you could, as my friends, as you could grow, you could go to the age of backwards. You could begin to gain the sight and the soft eyes and the wonder at some point you experience right now. And I want to say that the highest, the highest couple I've ever had was by a medical doctor in Marin.
And I did, like I know, we did like five dialogues. And she said to me in the seven dialogues, she said, well, you know, I've had parents. I went to Brown University at a medical degree, got a lot of drinks. And she goes, you're the only person that's seen it.
You've seen it. So I think you're in for real feast on today's show. I'm honored. I want to welcome to acknowledge Michael Love, who's an appreciated Lisa Rose producer, he and her spirit friends, she's my sister and co-writer.
And I want to say she's one heck of a resource, or anything to do with healing and well-being. Lisa, welcome. Oh, thank you, Glenn. What a nice introduction.
Hillary Lake is a new family member, but she's been there forever. I feel like some of the many people, they've just always been there. And then they'll listen. They've been on my tree and then they show up.
So I welcome Hillary. I want to say about you is, you're someone that just is moved by the wonder of spirituality, the body, bringing these attributes of the body and movement and awareness into a person's being into their life. And I love it about your appreciation. I appreciate your inquiry.
Your inquiry. So Dr. Mark Wristman, I heard about Mark a thing that 38 years ago, and 38 years ago, he was exploring not just the concerns around the ID, the vision difficulties, but I knew he was someone who was very interested in the whole system, how the eyes represented the whole body, and this experience of whole body seeing, and how the eyes also reveal in our ability to see our spiritual wellness. What happens when we look through these eyes?
16 days ago, I went through an experience where I was taking a shower, and here I am. By the way, I acknowledge that Mark just had one of those comprehends of both in the world, a nutrition in the eye that's 600 pages. It was so heavy. It was like two Manhattan ball books.
I was in a shower, taking a shower, and I started to feel, I started to notice that my life was very different. It was blurry. And for some reason, I feel that sat behind that was this intense fear, that's what's going to happen. So I remind myself to excel, and call Mark.
And so we've had some wonderful conversations, and we're going to do the next year of our program called Vibran Seeing, which is going to be spiritual exercises, we know we need each other. So in some sense, we're going to be a seeing, but it's evolving seeing tribe. So we're going to be part of it, we're going to be part of it. Well, I want to say, I'm honored.
I love what you do, Mark. I love the questions that you ask. I love this idea that you're exploring things beyond your conventional, you're obviously a new video of the eye doctor. You're also a person who experienced to be very intuitive and inquiring yourself.
I know you don't carry yourself home, congratulations. In this world, that's a hard thing not to do. I just want to wish you both, and tell me how inspiring I am if you do this next year on Vibran Seeing and implement this different paradigm of seeing, softening, allowing a whole being of spiritual side things. So then the level is to see the eye nutritionally.
You tell me as an example, you've felt people with non-circle solutions to cataracts, that you allow people to go beyond just the level of the problem, as Einstein said, into this other level of discovery and connection, and perhaps a new way of seeing. So I want to deeply welcome you, Mark. I'm really happy you're here today. The colleague there, 39 years of practice, more I know, the more I don't know.
So it's a constant state of end. And second, that metaphor, and Chinese medicine, we look at the holding the shin, the spirit of the physical, emotional side. Yes. In multiple personality disorders, all the different personalities, different prescriptions.
So, Mark, that was the most beautiful that I've ever heard of our eyes and our body and our spirit. Okay, so I want to say, I want to say something, you start something. I like it. I like your grandpa, Mr.
Yes, by the way. I like your receptive, open. I see you as a partner in our next year around Vibran Seeing, and I'm so honored. I, okay, please go ahead, please go ahead.
Well, Mark, I first, I want to say welcome. And I really, I want to admit that I feel like a kid in a candy store because I see all of these things that I want to inquire about. And I'm just like, it's the light that's coming up inside of me. And I'm not quite sure which question to ask first, but I'm very curious as to, you know, I read your bio and I delved into all of the different things within your background.
But, you know, when you were younger and sort of starting on this path, what were the things that moved you along your journey or inspired you? I would love to, and I know Lynn and Hillary would love to know a little bit more about your journey. We're shaking our heads. So, here I was growing up, became near sighted about eight years old.
And what happened when I was eight, okay. I'm just pulling that level out there because I'm going to talk about it. And then as most people, when I get their first pair of glasses, they go back to the eye doctor and then a year or two later, they need stronger glasses and then stronger glasses and stronger. So from eight years on and over, I got stronger, stronger in their sighted glasses.
I went to a specialized high school in New York City called status in high school, which is a math and science high school. And if you look around, 90% of us were wearing glasses. Less than ever since the link was in glasses, but in contact lenses weren't invented yet. So, in a environment, and then I started studying and et cetera, et cetera, you trish and then I said, wow, beautiful, I'm curious, are you still near sighted?
Yeah, so I'm curious. Mark, can you share with us what it is that you did to be able to see in the way that you do not to directivate by your vision, and probably lots of things. But I'm wondering if you can share something that you said with the lab course. Oh yeah, we need to take a brief pause.
We're talking to Dr. Mark Rose on Philly Lake, binary blue team member, Lisa LaRoz, producer, genius, deepening family member. And yeah, vibrant seeing, beyond just looking and discovering this of all the seeing, being, first of all, even one of this in your body, vibrant living network. Hello, man.
Oh, thanks for coming in. OK, here I am, live and breathing. You're live and breathing. Nothing to the vibrant living network I've been brought to, so happy you're here today.
The quote of the day is from myself. There's no real love in neutral, idle decisions. There's no real love. So what's the difference between the knee brain and the wee brain and the wee body?
So as Mark said, Dr. Mark Roseman, who just sent me his brain to a book on 600 pages on nutrition in the eyes, I loved the deep inquiry. I loved it the deep. So I was concerned.
I was going to see Mark. He'll be like, I was going to see Mark. I had his fear. I was like, I don't want to get my eye dilated.
So I was like, I'm not going to tell Mark my first anxiety. And he goes, we don't do eye dilatation. We don't have to dilatize. And I was like, I took it.
I took it. So part of what I would do when I went to the eye doctor locally was, it was taken forever to tell me. I didn't have like homework. It seemed like it was years before he said everything looks.
So my experience with doctors and doctoring in that world, in that we seem like the mad base, but from my heart. Because I like the inquiry of like opening to something that's beyond normal. I think the whole series on that was Dr. Richard Moss.
Like, what happens when you go back to normal? What happens if you go from where you walk to this other level of alignments and relationalness and wonder and then seeing and gazing? And this is not easy to have this conversation. That's why I feel a year more together.
You go to a good environment living network. I love the quite, I love what Lisa asked her. I love to hear your story. You have something about the story?
So if you shared a bit about his own journey, from our own experiences, improving your vision. And I'm wondering if there are ways that you can share, I mean, it's jumping a little bit forward. But think you can share people who are wondering about improving their vision as well. And without having an ability to see them, diagnose them, maybe there are just exercises that you could offer or practices, because people can eat that kind of thing that you can share with their own.
Yeah, well, first there's no one size fits all. But there are definitely things that everybody can do. My new book, Natural Eye Care, actually, how much information that's needed. And my website.
I'm going to turn it on. The next two shows, I'm fully correct that era. My website, naturaleyecare.com, has a lifestyle kind of things and thus online courses on how to keep your eyes healthy. Because, I mean, the different general things, also my magic eye books, the 3D books that you relax your eyes and image pops out, those are always good for your eyes, too.
But guess some basic things to keep your eyes healthy. And this is a pet peeve of mine. The dentist will talk to you about flossing and brushing your teeth and dental hygiene. But our number one sensory modality, the vigils, is not carrots, it's kale.
Kale is healthy. That's a new book, though. Lots and lots. I mean, that's why the book is 800 pages or our website.
People can get all this information. Go on to our website.com. We'll give self-help kind of things you can do for different eye diseases, eye exercises where you can look at the free videos, things you are, then health care. You know, I was really moved.
I was really moved by our conversation where I told you I shared with you the name, Byron Singh. And I realized that it's such deep meaning. I was so happy when you concurred with Byron Singh as being our year-long title, your long experience, our group. What does Byron Singh mean to you?
And what do you excited about our year-long group? I want to get your inside comments on why you connected so deeply with Byron Singh, being the name of the program, of course, and then just what moved about the relationship between Byron Singh and Sam? It totally, like that, it just comes in. Dr.
Singh, it really touches me very deeply. I know Glenn and probably Hillary feel the same way, that to think about the eyes and the heart being so connected. And I'm curious, you also mentioned that when you treat the person, you look behind the eyes. So in thinking back over your years of practice, who are some of the people or the cases that when you looked behind their eyes that you were surprised or amazed or whatever journey there would be that really touched and moved you?
Well, let me get a good one. This is where about, I think it's in the turn die. A lot of people have had fun at these feelings. Talk about integration.
So you said she had a seeing as awakening, healing, these 10-day trainings. And people have tremendous healing. And they talk to characters. They really have a major awakening.
A lot of people have suddenly got to town. Their arm mind would kick back on. And they would just lose it. Their own list would return.
Talk about integration and how that relates to this to the ladies' stage. It's a beautiful moment. What do you notice about integration and bringing that into her life or what you share with people about? I love the moment of awakening that she sees, clearly.
I guess we need to go to this little pause here. Here we are. Your life is precious. Enjoy it.
I've been seeing you. Thanks for seeing us going with us today here on Viva and Living Network. Billy Lake, please welcome to Dr. Mark Roseman.

I'm Glenn Brooks, the one you're asking new questions and how illness can really open up a new doorway for discovery of well-being and a liveance, right? So we live in this ongoing state that we consider us and will illness knock on the door to awaken us. What happens when we welcome it? It's not easy.
What if in fact our symptoms are healing in progress? So our conversation with our practitioners and ourselves is that these states could allow us to grow younger. Dr. Ashley Montagay wrote a book on growing young anthropologists at Princeton.
And one of the things he said that was very different to Tina Turner was that real love healed broken bones. That changed my health perspective on love for the next 30 years. He only talked about vibration with Dr. Mark Grossman.
And I'm just so moved about this idea of integrating and not returning to normal. So six-year-old after a moment. So someone comes to you, the concerned because they have a problem, a perception of disturbance in their eye system, in their body system, in their experience of love, the experience that he touched. And they come to you with a problem.
What do you find in the conversation Mark opens, opens a safety and the willingness to explore something different than what they came to you? Like I asked her, I said, how many people come to you? And they're aware of a soul, a spiritual dilemma. Share with us a little bit of what traits an opening and what you've noticed opens people to this other level of life pulsation and seeing that they didn't come there.
They didn't come there. They had a concern about glauber something. Share with us a little bit about the dialogue. What it's like for you to be you in the room with someone.
Your breath, your questions, what's that like? Well, the first step is to come to something else that I'm not seeing. WWN. Yeah, so it's naturalikear.com.
And it's really an amazing resource. And I'm excited to get ahold of your book because I know it's even more comprehensive. Go ahead, Glenn. You know, some wonderful articles I've been pouring through them.
So go ahead, Glenn. Thank you. Thank you. So my vision, I want to go ahead and leave to share the written.
So when I've been really impressed, pondering the year-long course, and part of what I visualize, we've already been seeing, and we've got a lot of starting dates that we can look at March website and also vibrant living network. I've been ponding years really about having a new relationship, what you're seeing, what you're lying yourself to see, how you're lying yourself to touch. Your relationship to awareness as a close is open. So we've always been here.
How you embody, you're seeing. How you're seeing speaking to you. How does it speak to others around you? You're breathing.
And to ask questions to the community of people that save and open and relational enough to be able to have this inquiry, because often what we do is we fix things, right? We fix them. And then we go back to life. We go into the normal.
So this is a year. I have a year model, whether it's the vibrant house where people take a year to write their book or develop talks. This practice of awareness that deepens inner life, it's kind of unreasonable. Actually, what three days could change life.
Oh, I'd like to build in two or three days we could see each other as we're building this energy of the vibrant seeing together. So let's, I have an idea. Why don't you go next? Here we go.
Let's mark, share his vision of the vibrant seeing year-long, non-intensive, assuming one person is open, revealing. So at least we have what your vision for the year with, on vibrant seeing with Dr. Mark and all the wonderful people that come into this course. That, I just have a wow.
You know, there's so much that Dr. Mark has to offer and, you know, everything from exploring the correlation between the liver and the eyes and all of the different energetic practices that he's delved into in the yoga. So I just see it sort of like that book that attracted you on that table about the web and the connection. And I just see it branching into so many different directions that possibly is really endless.
So thank you. Thank you, Lisa. We know what your vision is, of course. I feel really inspired and excited and hearing everything that you have to share, Mark.
And for me as an embodiment practitioner and guy for people, I love to see people coming alive in their bodies. And so I'm, I'm looking forward to being with people on a weekend and doing exercises with them about being and being in relationship with sight and how that affects our experience in our body and through movement and in these relational exercises and learning from Mark in person in body. I can already feel that awakening a lot within me. Thank you.
I became a matchmaker unexpectedly. I had a series of 14 nights where I saw life differently. It was three and four in the morning. And my, I got my relationships and my breath changed.
It's opened my life in a home. And I'm really excited to see that. My, I got my relationships and my breath changed. It's opened my life in a whole new direction.
And part of it, it's a lot of unknown stuff. So I think part of the course, I'm also inspired to be in the unknown and be free from the known together with that like Mark. What's your, what's your, what's your, what comes to you for this year long vibrancy and course? What moves you in this moment about it?
So this is my premise and we would see where we would go with it. But I believe that all dispeas in the body, mind, and spirit stuck stagnant energy. So great. Great.
Wonderful. Thank you. Well, I deeply thank you. I really appreciate you so much, Mark.
I, I, and Helry and Lisa, I really appreciate this, this pocket, this, this relational space we've had together. And so, yeah, thank you, Lisa. Thank you, thank you, Mark. Well, I'll just say you like freshness and joy because I like saying that it's one of my stills and tea to be precious, independent, independent between turbulence and disturbances.
So, yeah, you know, we're going to have this post in our Environment Living Network and March website and we want your questions and want you to write a vision. What moves you about this course, this is Helry and Lisa. And I love Mark, of course, I love your relational, your overview of relationalness and I agree with you that separation and the perception of separation is an illness. There's always, you know, the separation.
We don't really feel in harmony in your life. And that's why I wrote that book and divorce the patterns on each other. Could we allow this connection and our marriage and our teams to go beyond our separate realities so we can experience more of this union in life. Thank you, Mark.
Deeply. Thank you so much. Yeah, just let me know what, okay. Next up is I have the bravery to come to your office and do the exam.
Now next up is I will be touching right here in the vision plan. Thank you, Lisa, for that. And that was a humorous company. I will be in touch with you and again, love your lunch hour here.
Thank you all for listening. Thank you for being part of the Library Living Network. Thanks for all the wonderful comments and it makes my heart to answer this. This woman is touching you at a deeper level.
Thanks, Chris. I want to thank Chris who's been so supportive of the Home Times Radio and I deeply appreciate our proprietary, you know, our launching the Library Living Network and it's been wonderful working with Home Times Radio launching the Library Living Network. So thank you, Chris. Thank you, everybody at Home Times.
And I allow you to see to come through your being and acknowledge the unusual things to other people. Take that moment and take a risk to say something that's daringly different. Enjoy the rest of your week. I'll be with you next week.
Thank you, thank you, Lisa. Thanks, Mark. Chris. Thank you.
Thank you all. I like this.
