Your life is precious. Enjoy it. Hello, I'm Glenn Brooks. I want to welcome you to Vibrant Living and I want to say that Kai is going to be a high call on my brilliant producer and co-host.
I think she might be joining us spontaneously today, so I want her to just acknowledge her. I want to say a little Ariel Bonberg who is with us today. I don't know, he is my New York producer in New Jersey. There is a lot of stuff like undercover stuff.
He just all well-read. He is amazing. He is also a homey of people. He helps people heal themselves by taking a little bit of that poison.
You know that map? It is sort of an energy medicine. It is a frequency medicine. It was developed by an pharmacist medical doctor, Samuel Honeman.
I don't know what to say about you. I feel so happy and I feel such a bond with you. I'm happy you are here today. The practice of now seems like a very good thing.
I realize I learned the practice of... I was just joking about being in school because I think how I developed private travel, which I wanted to get into today, was I felt there was a different way to kind of participate and access things than what was around me. I read this quote by Mark Twain and he said that true success was turning your vocation into your vacation. As early as I was a teenager, I realized that I enjoyed meeting people.
That was sort of different. When they would tell me about things that inspired them or moved them. This idea of vacation became very close to my heart. At a certain point, I don't know, in my early 20s, I met them at a water resort center in the Hanford's in New York.
I kept being curious with people who did things that helped people better their lives, changed the way they moved, changed their diet. Basically, I started designing these little workshops in the Hanford's weekends and I brought people together. They didn't really do. That was going to become more and more a way of life.
I also want to introduce you again to Ariel. Ariel, as we like to call you. Olivia Liffey, who owns a one of a kind destination in the northeast kingdom of Vermont. In the course of seven minutes, Janet and Olivia, I asked Olivia to speak at my conference in Rhode Island on the part of the summit because in her story about the end of having this one of a kind, Sana system based on the finished principles, hot tubs, cold tubs.
She told me that she was going to be a lawyer, but really she wanted to be around people who were inspiring and opening and it made sense to me. So, what's on the level of here today? Hello. Janet, I'm really happy you're here.
Hi. Stay something. Yeah, I know. It's kind of like a vacation now.
It's like a little this wonderful pause from all the driving around and figuring things out. And I get to just be delighted with you all and learn something new and take a little break from everything else. It's great. It's very exciting to be here.
That was just the first brave image. We're going to graduate from that. Yeah. All right.
I like to say that conclusion to the assumptions of the voices of the relationship. So, yes, she gave up on him. And so one day he was in his crate. He might have been locked in his crate.
And she actually kind of got knocked out and he saved it within 10 seconds. He wrote the crate later. And he said that was the most powerful lesson about the movie was that he was very smart. He was right there.
He just didn't want to play good times. So, yes. So, I went to love you. I went to love you with the one where I leave people with the downside of the false appearance.
And like... The reality is... Don't play with dogs. You play with dogs.
That's the only one. Yeah, just the dog world in the harsh world is so many lessons. There's so much ties into private travel because I love you. It's something that's a couple of newbies.
I love about him. I'm an advocate for him. I really love going to be with people. He's the couple.
He's the couple. He's the couple. He's the one who's in base on the show. He's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who's the one who I got really interested in why people, what makes them discover a different rhythm.
That's replenishing and relational. It's like I'm very interested in time. I also got interested in how people develop a different sense of rhythm. Now a different sense of rhythm together which led me into becoming a matchmaker.
There's a lot of things around that. I always felt when I met certain people, but really I just spoke to Olivia in a few moments. It felt immediately, you think about where I felt your vision. And when she told me a lawyer story that she was going to become a lawyer, she wanted to be with people when they were coming to replenish and rejuvenate.
I also thought you'd be a wonderful speaker because, are you on the call today? Are you on the call today, Maureen? The Maureen Carr, who owns the magazine in Rhode Island, was partnering with the Brooklyn Fire and the United States Summit. She was a bank of 10 years.
And she really is one day she was running a legal world and has a magazine that tells people that's a ball being in rejuvenation. We have this instinct connection. So, why is that an incident? Olivia, what I said is that it was an excuse to feel like you had a moment.
That kind of changed your course of life. Oh, absolutely. I say it was my... I absolutely.
I was... I had recently gotten out of law school and I was practicing my dad's attorney. I was practicing in the term. And they signed me a family law case.
And that was the first case where I realized that I would be in the law. Just do not necessarily always coincide. It was a really rough case, especially I was a young mother at the time. I was trying to...
with our second child. And I think being a parent really changed me. It changed how I looked at things. And also, what they teach you in law school, a textbook doesn't...
That's the issue for what you deal with when you are there seeing a person, even the eyes, even the pacing what they are going through. And I really realized very quickly that this is something despite spending years and countless studying hours passing the bar and doing law school courses and of course the expense of going to law school. I realized this was not what I wanted to do with my life. And there was this property in the town that I lived in.
I lived in a beautiful place called Eastburg, Vermont. And I would try to buy this property. I was on a daily basis to go into the office. And it was really run down.
It was a two-six-ter-repper diamond in the rock. And it just... it's back into me. And after a very sleepless night of just have...
I was just have waiting a while on my mom and I on school. It was about morning and I wanted to continue to start walking around. Or I should say, why don't we know this property? Because it was about...
that's going to have months to pregnant. And I realized this property just had so much potential. And I don't know. There's something about...
I grew up, I was watching an opportunity to come up with a family of that. That really valued family and valued travel. So, although I had never spent a day in my life working in the field of hospitality, I was always something that I enjoyed... I thought I would enjoy doing it because I like talking to people.
I like hearing people's stories. I like seeing happy people. And I got walked around and I thought to myself, I'm like, this, this makes a beautiful, beautiful end. But, you know, that was a major...
I was 31 years older at the time. And that was a major life decision, you know, going for one talk, deciding to do another one. And I called my husband up at work and he had that last company. And he had an excavator.
And I said, Brad, do you think you could bring my excavator down to work? There's a property there. I want to know. I could never put a separate system into it.
And I said, just curious. But I want to buy this property. Let's see if we can do this. He's like, all right, whatever.
You know, I'll bring it down. I called our local engineers to come up with the soil of good. And the soil was perfect. And I said, I want this.
So I called the realtor up and I said, I had been speaking back and forth. There got permission to do the whole underground. And I said, I bet you're still buying this. And she said, I'll tell you what, I want nothing to do with this property.
And sit down the market for years. Nobody wants to touch it with a 10 foot pole. I'm going to put you on the gentleman who lost the property. He inherited off of his family's estate.
And so I called him up and introduced myself. And it was very odd because a person who worked in his firm, worked in a financial firm in New York City, and something that I had gone to law school with. And I said to him, would you get a possible we can make a deal here? And I bought the property hook one sinker four days later.
I got right into it. And my mom and dad run holiday at that time during Europe. This is a big deal for me. This is the first thing I've ever done to myself.
I've ever bought on my own. And I went out of the car and I was like, I bought this. And I thought immediately, oh my God, this is fantastic. I see the vision of my dad.
He has his bait in his head that draws every time people are angry. And I started to get a couple of feet in the vein. And I'm like, oh my God. I'm a little girl.
He actually got a little bit of water in his footsteps. And maybe someday people know where his practice. So it was not a thing for him at first. And you walked around.
He's like, you know, the fortune you're going to have to see convinced you. You know, we're not going to get a hospitality artist. I can't believe you did this. Very negative.
Very negative. And I'm like, well, yes, of course. Yes. I know it's going to take some blood, sweat, tears.
And a lot of vision. But I see it down. I see it. And he's like, okay, whatever.
And so my husband and I, we have a lot of money. And we certainly do not have money for architect. And I remember coming down work and then we come down at night and clean debris out of the house and our children's and their, you know, pack and plays and we had a little notebook, making sketches of how we wanted the room to be. And it took a good two years to bring it to light.
And about the weekend before our openings, our grand opening, we had a open house because, you know, the whole program was not working on this property, working on this project. We wanted to see their bank everybody putting up with us for a couple of years with the banging of the truck going in and out and also give them a chance to check it out. And I can also, I can also, quite a few people showed up that night. It was really positive, wonderful energy.
He got people, which was very meaningful. But at the same time, you know, I'm only child and to have my dad's recognition was really important to me and I'm, which is what I had not gotten up to that point. And I'll never forget it. He pulled me aside and said all the times just by the fireplace in the lobby.
And he, he says to me, he's a very silic man, but he's a kind of man. He does not say anything but like he truly needs them. And he says to me, he looks at me and gives me a big hug and a great kiss. And he's no kid.
I'm proud of you. And he loves it. He sends that. He's a great sit.
He's a beautiful friend. So anytime I have a community and guest, he's a big line to them. And actually, it's an opportunity to speak for us. It's actually really fun.
It's a little bit of a time back in the day. And I was a little rough, rough, rough guy with it. But we're figuring it out as we go. Nice to be the one.
You know what? Jenna, what's that? Sure. Yeah, there's something so beautiful, you know, the symmetry of what Olivia is offering at the end and what you experience, Olivia, to create it.
You know, to have that experience of being touched by inspiration, you know, just knowing it was what you needed to do, what you wanted to do. And then staying in the face of your father's resistance, even with one of the limited resources that you stayed there and you kept letting yourself be inspired by what you saw. And you know, and I think it's like a beautiful symmetry because to me, some of the best of travel and the vacation mentality is to get the cars that little space for. Yeah, we're just gonna go for a brief pause and we'll continue.
You're living in life precious enjoyment. I love you. Sorry. I want to really in some ways have to buy and travel.
Sorry. It is. Stay with us. The vibrant living.

So having more vibrant living hosts and people who want to be vibrant living speakers, we're talking about Janet Fonsworth. It's hard describing words, my deepest connection with Janet. I'm just pondering that. It's a tough thing to bring to words, even as a lateral thinker.
I learned recently, I'm a lateral thinker, but then I also have this notion of corresponding relational intuition. So I feel like there's another low. You like that one? You know, relational intuition?
Yeah. No, of course, no intuition. That one is why you're looking at my voice. Oh, I love it.
You can get your mind around that one. I'm working on it. Oh, thank you. You said it so beautifully.
I got a story based on what Olivia inspired me. I wasn't going to tell this story, but in the spirit of vibrant travel and in the spirit of being paid for who you are, being paid for you are. I thought I would tell the story because it covers some interesting ground. So in the middle of my relational tsunami, going back eight years ago, I didn't really know about the world of the war.
But I was about 12 or 13. I just had this notion. When I was 12 or 13, I couldn't understand the voice. It didn't make any sense to me.
I know, like at a linear level, I just couldn't get it. I couldn't get it. I had this love connection and then exploded. It didn't make sense.
So I had this relational tsunami. And I got really curious about it. I got really curious about this whole thing. And I also wanted to do something different about it.
So I had a series of visions. I had a series of visions about working with people around relationalness and really deepening their bonds. So I needed to actually get a lawyer. I went to see this lawyer.
I'm going to see this lawyer. And I shared with her my vision. Now, what's kind of interesting about her is she takes off the whole summer. So I saw her right before the summer vacation.
And she just looked. She was so relaxed. She was tan. We met.
And I could tell her that she had any, she had any ladle thinking in her. It was very in the forefront. Because I share with her, I share with her vision about teaching together in a way that would allow people to see another option. I was actually deepening the relationship.
And discovering their love bonds beyond the division and divorce. And it was a moment I felt that her office just touched her. So she says to me, she says, yeah, I want to do something with you. And I will give you my near pro bono cost of $275 an hour.
I've seen like a high price for pro bono. So that night I had been talking to a guy, a man in Boston, pretty remarkable guy who was a mediating lawyer. Pretty well known, this guy, John Fisk. So I had a dream that night.
I had a vision that I could call John. And he would endorse me because that was her mentor. And that we could work together. Like he would call her up and say, like, Glenn is totally legitimate.
What he's doing is moving. And he did. And she took my case. Now, she takes off the whole summer.
And I could see in this case the vacation and drive and travel. Because there's something that happens when people drop out of time. There's something that happens when they catch a new rhythm. And it's so enticing and meeting people there.
And being with them, there's an intimacy and there's a wonder of that. So the first time I saw her actually, because I wrote up this piece, which is a vision of how she could go beyond conflict, how she could really do something that was another level of consulting with people, being with them in a way that could see the relational possibility. So she was really into it. Now, the first time I saw her was actually in October.
And by October, she looked like a teller. She looked like a teller typically being all the rhythm and the sense of breath that she had before she went on vacation. So I thought to myself, wow, there's something that happens. In some sense, I also develop vibrant speakers because there's something that happens when we come together.
And the rate of up reading together and I'll call here in. That given that we have some momentum and some connection, it gets hit into a way of life. So when you said, Olivia, that you felt that sense of inspiration. By the way, I love how you circle it to your father.
What a beautiful thing. You know, I think that's just the end. You do a very good expression of your father. And so I said to Olivia, this one, I like it to be a vibrant living travel advisor.
Because I love ends. And I had this vision of me and Janet going to your place to do the grand opening son of celebration because that was in heat to the heat being. And she teaches movement in yoga. You're keeping it.
I'm coming in Texas and in the heat. Yeah. I think you would like the kingdom. It's very beautiful.
It's a very beautiful place. I know it's gorgeous. Absolutely. Have you been there yet?
To the kingdom? The Vermont kingdom? I had this in the remote. I've been to many kingdoms.
The Vermont one. That is a very. Arielle. I just wanted to see, you know, what you're, Arielle just got married by the way.
He's 26. And Arielle is a, he has this wonderful depth. And is a young home you have. He, he brings this, this is hard.
I just wanted to see what your, just on, on vibrant living network. Does it's like a living network? It's like a network.com. Our new website domain.
Is that Arielle? Yeah. Did I ever live in network.com? Up and running.
Okay. Thanks Arielle. And so I met Arielle. Any of you read this?
We'll call Blink. I'm not going to be glad. No. Blink.
So Blink. He wrote the tip. Right. Right.
Well, because people ask me. Okay. So the whole thing in Blink was, I believe he's half black, half white. And he showed it to girls, half a lot.
And he said he got pulled over a lot more. And so one of the things in the book is that I'm a blinker. And I, there's certain people I blink with. I have an instant, intuitive bond with them.
That is, it's beyond words and explanations. And, and so he was talking in the book between kind of prejudice and ignorance and how some people blink. So I was doing the series with Claude Pilow, who's a medicine man. And so he told me the story that, because I, I became the series.
I said, Claude, what do you, what would you want to share with people about sacred medicine? A different kind of medicine. I tell a glider medicine. And he said, well, he says it's like this.
He says my wife had a mole on her, on her neck. And she's a kindergarten teacher. And this little boy dumped on her and he cut open the mole. And it turned out, you know, with some growth there.
And they had a meeting with the, with the surgeon and with the, uh, oncologist. And I guess he, um, I think he was a surgeon who's talked first. And he said all these things about the surgery and projected ahead and, and Claude highly told me, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like passing away. It was really another graven image, you know, another dark image of what was going to happen in the future.
And he said, the oncologist came over and physically took the surgeon by the bubble and threw him out of the office. And he said, I have a different vision of this to go to see your life healing. I see new life energy in her. He really casted a different vision.
And so when I think about vibrant travel is really, it's really, it's really, uh, and since we're going to Burlington, I think about these places that allow us to take another breath, allow us to recharge. And of course, I, I see this a place that people can experience this by this matchmaking connection. Cause it seems like, and we're curious to get your comments. It just seems like, I think this happened by the way.
I know what you're, what I guess 2001, I was in, I was in Cape Cod and I was on the beach and still women past each other. And they both asked each other how they were. And they both said busy. And I thought this doesn't sound like a good thought virus.
It's just holding about busy. So I looked up and tried these medicine and tried these medicine. They said they're busy even on this. So I kept thinking, what is life?
What happens when we come beyond busy? And how do we meet people? How do we blink then? And so I got really, I got, of course, I had a really interested in providing environments.
And then Janet, I felt like, of course, I also feel the sense that when I come together with here, there's another whole level of expression and wisdom and wisdom and love. And so the other thing is the kind of like, how this, because no one ever says to me in school, all you really need to do is to have free people cover your back and have a deep bond. They've always seen very complex, kind of like when Olivia was saying that the textbooks don't communicate to tone the spirit, the sensation of what it's like to be with another human being. So a lot of times, even in coaching now, there's a lot of outward things and goals.
But what does it like to work with someone, whether it's someone, whether it's sensation and their ability to be in life is a different thing. So I love that you actually brought that up to Olivia. And, you know, it's very, so I felt like, yeah, I kind of felt like, in the series about ends, we should, I want to have in-keepers. And I just want to give all your own moments.
Go ahead. Go ahead. I was just going to say that what you're describing to me about, you know, that mentality of, you know, the vibrancy of being present, that we seem to have to make time to go on vacation to find is, you know, it's sort of like, it seems to me that it's like practice for the rest of life to be able to experience what it is to pause long enough to be able to feel into the experience of the moment, you know, to feel all of the textures and all of the truth of what we're, what we're feeling, you know, so that, you know, in one vacation, we can't do that. You know, in one vacation, we can nap if we're tired, if we're hungry, we eat, you know, that glorious experience, you know, I remember the first time having a real vacation vacation of an adult and realizing that my only big decisions of the day was where was I going to eat, you know, and that ability to slow down enough to actually, you know, I've never really thought about it until right now to be in the richness of the now.
And it's an exquisite thought, you know, to think that, you know, we're kind of taking a vacation to practice coming back from vacation. It makes me want to go on one right now. I'm going to go down. Go down.
Well, I was in, I got really interested in sweating. So any time I would, I was sent to Livia off the air that I would, I quickly realized that Americans for the most part think the sauna is a place that you draw your bathing suit. So I think it was put the bathing suit in their name. But I found people, because I would go to take saunas.
I thought a few people like me that I could tell that taking a sauna was a way to kind of drop out and really tune into your body and there was something about it that made me so respectful of the people in Finland and there was something about it. And so that's how I learned about the Livia's, you know, in, if he has the most unique sauna system. And I thought to myself, you know, Janet and Ariel, I thought, well, it's a culture. It's been five days and being hot tubs and cold tubs and like there's something pretty extraordinary about that.
So I was like, I've never seen a place like yours in that way. Thank you. Yes, it was. We've been working on this since 2015.
It was not. It's very interesting process. See, all the unit itself comes from Finland. We wanted this very, very authentic authentic as possible.
And so, um, yeah, go over to Finland, find a company, you know, deal with the company company, come to the meeting of the mind and then they were trucked Amsterdam. But then they were put on ocean freight. We're going to cross the way to the ocean and then it's in holding concept. That was very foreign to me at the time was that we had to bring the cause of the ocean.
Clear. We had to get a customer broker, which basically we had to prove that it was not, um, you know, weapons or illegal, or anything, but long, those lines, which is very interesting. And then get a Boston trucking company to bring up to the Burke area and assemble them. Unfortunately, fortunately, whatever we want to look at it, our properties land off.
So we have a beautiful, not street that goes right through it. But it's about 50 feet wide. We had a group of bridge and you can't just like wake up with Martin and Vermont. We're like, I think I'm a good bridge today.
A lot of permitting a lot of people from various government agencies and so forth. So this is, this has been more of a marathon than a sprint, which was like a final, final end game. And it's pretty exciting. The landscape and game.
So it's making a pretty, because the goal is, I think, um, and my, this is my opinion is, um, well, what actually triggered this idea for me is that my husband and I went out to dinner about a year ago. And we're sitting there in a really nice restaurant. There's a young couple sitting next to us. And I'm going to help observing the manner of the couple.
They're sitting at the table and people have their phones out and they're just talking to each other. Instead of, you know, engaging each other's conversation. They were just focusing on their phone and I was trying to, what do you think they're doing? He's just a joke.
And it's sort of dawn. I mean, I think, I think I was as a society and I know I certainly didn't feel the other moment. It sort of happened to the technological world. Now the days of Twitter, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, you know, social media.
I think it's very easy for us to kind of gauge with others that we see on the screen as opposed to each other who are those interpersonal human connections. So I wanted to make creative plays, which also has a disability benefit, you know, the Nordic, Nordic hydrotherapists treatment certainly is great for the body and spirit of the mind, but also a really beautiful environment, which people put away the cell phones where they say, I want to be with my lover or my best friend or my family member. I want to, you know, I want to engage with them. So hopefully we can pull this off and have this really gorgeous backdrop that triggers a conversation and an environment where people just don't want to leave.
That's our, our angle. I'm so happy you're going, Jen. I was, I was, I talked to a little bit about doing a five day, a five day. I'd love to see you there.
Sounds good. Sounds perfect. You know, I want to say the first time, not the first time. By the way, there's a notebook I called the village effect, the village effect.
And it's the latest scientific research on the brain and texting and emails. And yeah, so that world is missing so much. I was a Canyon Ranch where there's a policy, there's a policy of no cell phones over there, but they would tell me that people from New York, they would see the signs and ignore them. Hostile.
So, but I talked to people and I've been really curious about, you know, technology detoxes. So it's something that I'm, I'm, I'm a, it's almost like another level of coherence and a connection to having you, you know, you've got to signal in someone, which is very, you know, we don't think about it. We don't realize that there's a, there's an on local mind. It's something beyond our brain.
I want you to get in here. I want you to say something because you know, you know, what's moving you right now. What did you want to say that you haven't yet? Because you didn't speak.
Well, first of all, I completely agree and resonate with what everybody's been saying, especially in regards to vibrant travel and how we can extract vibrancy from our travels and every day life. You know, as somebody who has a practitioner, it's just a person in general who's, you know, constantly, you know, using technology for everyday uses and what the people that I work with as well. My practice, I noticed that it's very easy for us to get dragged into the kind of the materialistic day to day grind and activities and goals that we set for ourselves and that we try to reach. And we forget in this process, we forget what's really important in life and, you know, in a sense, who we are and where we want to go and what kind of potential that we want to reach and to try to permeate into our into our being.
And it's very normal, something that affects all of us, but it's something that it's a very serious issue as well. Like I was just saying before I everywhere I go, I see people, you know, their phones, the TV devices, gadgets, and people really have people really, you know, unfortunately those are used to, you know, for all of us. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Hold on.
Yeah, just hold that. Let that beautiful awareness keep moving. We'll continue. I want to say for some of the other why we're living network and I'm inspired to share more with you guys.

You know I help people solve difficult problems every day, but one problem has me stumped. Childhood hunger. Nearly 16 million children in America struggle with it. Luckily the Feeding America network of local food banks collects surplus food giving hope to hungry children and their families.
But they need your help. Join me in supporting Feeding America and your local food bank at FeedingAmerica.org. I brought to you by Feeding America and the Ad Council. Hello I'm Glen Brooks.
Welcome to the Bibern Living, our Bibern Living Network which is expanding with more hosts and our Bibern Living Speakers, our Bibern Speakers. Arielle, Bonburgs with us, the regular co-host, Janet. Janet you're here. I'm so happy you're here.
I am too. My brain got scrambled for a second. Arielle, sorry. I went to a brain scramble because of the way you were talking to this.
Yeah go ahead Arielle. I want to acknowledge Olivia. Olivia is our new inside advisor on our end series on the replenishing which you've been any impact of ends and country hotels. So thank you Olivia.
Arielle go ahead. Thank you. You're welcome. I guess I think it's I guess I think it's short and see what I was trying to say before in that you know the goal of carbon travel.
Every time I'm out of the goal of the Bibern Living in general is to take everything that we have in our life. And instead of being placed to it to be overcome it and to use it as the vice as an as, as a means to reach the goal that we want to reach in our life in terms of you know residents and finding the vibrancy and things and using those tools in order to live more fulfilling and more fulfilling lives. And I think that's precisely what the goal of travel is you know, maybe people see travel the way as an escape or as to numb out any pains or challenges or obstacles that are going to. But the way we the way I and Glenn and many others and you know, travel is an opportunity to grow into extract the vibrancy and the importance and the beauty of the places around us and the people that we see and the experiences that we go through and bring it into our lives in order to positively benefit us on a more long term basis.
You know, in terms of rejuvenation in terms of kind of resetting the rhythm of our lives into thinking, you know, who are we and why we here and where do we want to go and you know, what's my purpose and how do I want to make a difference in the world. And those and you know, of course, many of us listening, maybe thinking out all that sounds so, you know, extreme, so broad. So, you know, it's a very intense, but just a simple trip. But, you know, instead of taking a trip and I guess kind of this treating as a simple trip, I think if we if we take into the, if we turn to something more meaningful and more powerful, I think it really make a profound impact and positive difference in our lives.
I love that. What you were saying about, you know, taking moments. I used to do a series called Vibrant Moments and I would just talk about moments, you know, pay attention to our hand on the steering wheel or the moment we put a little bit more on the other, the moment we put a little cold water on our face. What comes to your mind about a vibrant moment?
What's a vibrant moment or something you find? And I also was going to ask the panel. Yeah, are we like now? Yeah, you're going to be right now.
No, I'm saying right now in the vibrant moment. Thank you. I mean, I'm saying, I'm saying, I'm saying, I'm eating my own edges. I'm discovering my own, you know, the fears of saying the right or the wrong thing, the curiosity about how I'm making an impact or not.
And then discovering that if I just like, say, present with it and I listen and I, and then I take in what you all are saying and I get out of my, you know, head, I have this expansion in the moment and I'm feeling excited. I'm already like, I'm traveling to the end and hearing Ariel talk about, you know, those moments and I'm having it right now, the vital moment right now, you know, I, you know, I don't have to actually even go somewhere, right, to then feel that sense of vibrancy, you know, so that's my, that's my vibrant moment right now. I love it. I love it.
I love it. I love it. Yeah. You know, I didn't, I want to acknowledge that we're on the way to Burlington tomorrow night and the Chamber of Commerce just called me from Burlington and we're going to do a little feature next week on Burlington and all the wonders of Burlington, the blakes line pain, the restaurants and I have this vision of doing a vibrant living summit which is, which would speak as common they talk on different topics but I guess the deep thing is what you're saying, Dennis, that people can drop in and have this experience.
And maybe that's the key thing with vibrant travels to learn how to discover and drop in. I love what you said. thought about you could give sessions called getting out getting out getting out your friends head sessions i think i would like to have a look at that that everyday that i'm working on that one twenty four seven yeah yet i really think i'm already doing it that's one of the other you know you know a little bit of a story to tell the story that i was such a great story about you know symptoms to be that we did a series on uh... the gift of symptoms or a blessing in disguise so i think i would be so you can be a story of a better on your new fee and i thought it was like a system how much people do it with symptoms that's the story about my dog the dog that was bothering you yes okay okay so what happened uh...
i have a three young children and my middle child why i had a heart condition and pretty serious heart condition where he's prone to um... heart relieves users as opposed to like an epidemic or which being our logical thing is all part of a part of the heart and uh... well here so though i was in the kitchen so um... my eldest son was a dad daughter taken out of her kitchen but that's why i and uh...
i remember very distinctly with a bible but i love it i love it this moment i'll never forget i'll never forget i'll never forget if the smell of the macaroni and she will never forget what the weather was like outside and i'm not so but the same for you i have my back and i thought i can't say that i could be the female thing will owe it a family you could be a big boy yeah quite a head on to the number for a person you said to me at least i thought i'd be the best of a few tall he's huge okay okay and uh... you know what is this and uh... but i don't like my attention and i just made this up to be hungry if you want to eat but you can always turn on the market to now and um... you want to be a little you just kept on being annoying and i'm pushing away and i'm going to go find out go find out again to the point that it was time to go to god and it was time to turn the pot water and i was uh...
had the pot in my hand i was in over two weeks and he gave me quite a notch like where the pot water just went right out of the pot on the floor and i was totally irritated like come on like half the pot of mallet water and he went stuck and then i realized he's always sending messages to him he was trying to get my attention he was trying to get my focus to the toilet room and um... i i really like this is more than just a dog who was hungry and like the self as a background teacher he was legitimately trying to get told me about the kitchen kitchen duty so i followed him into a room and there's my son my little guy who's got more broader purposes i thought he was dead at first and i built him over immediately started on computer and i honestly could tell you how long it was going on for it at time just molded it more into each other i could have been pushing on him for two minutes could have been two hours i have no concept but when he took his first breath i mean it was the most beautiful beautiful sight but beautiful reaction i ever had um and it's okay you know we got great doctors around here great paramedics um but the doctor position at the emergency room basically told me it was like a few were any longer so forth in other words if i had finished making that craft after any you know drain the water let's buttermilk it put the cheese and the milk in stirred it up put into place that would have been too long why would have either been brain dead or she would have died passed away and um we really i cried at the dog who persistence his ability not to back down even when i'm smoking him like i didn't know at first i just was irritated i wanted i was focused on the um dinner and so the moral of the story is is a little dog very smart very wonderful but um who it's um you know things happen in life so quickly and i'm really somebody would look down on me that day but my dog was really here that day very thankful i'm able to please get up into the next week by the way he's a good boy he's a good boy yeah yeah yeah he has a sense to money that one of my kids got pretty thorough then like his toy but he will that's his money and he you know you had this 220 times you see dog walking around with too funny all the time it's kind of silly but they love you he's a good boy yeah no i i i love that because i think that jan and riel reminded me just just before we have things that some sense of the things that annoy us want to push them we are i would actually i mean yeah i'm just talking to you jan i realized that it's it's really it's a it's a what moment we it's a vibrant moment we kind of could allow what's there to be there you know in terms of uh symptoms pain you know so we try to see it on the big picture as well how does the symptom right right right to kind of you know um because i realize that we have questions from the outside so from the outside was something that could be annoying could be kind of this gift so we got this we got our trip to Burlington i thought it'd be very amazing chefs got a lot of chefs on a lot of um inkeepers on and what's your what's your vision for Burlington janet yeah what's your vision that you want to you know vision for what you want to experience at Burlington see what i'm hoping for when i look forward to yeah yeah i'm coming to the i'm coming to the kingdom literally you got to come have lunch with us or something i realize i'm not going to see it no longer for a stable movement great restaurants great little beach shows really um you know whole time soon that people literally pick up you know the restaurant price you pick up the the farms earlier that day um another really cool feature about Burlington is the church street so it's main street which was modeled i don't i don't want to give this information but it's supposed to be just like Boulder colorado their main street so it's the same architect and it's a beautiful street it's definitely worth it and around the holidays it's very very classic classic in england um the waterfront is gorgeous definitely if you have an opportunity to take a stroll down the waterfront look at it like Champlain and just bask in the sunlight and of course um there's a lot of colleges i like the vibrancy of an academic academic count there's quite a bit of colleges there you know has that not only full student life it's very refreshing in my opinion it's a fun place it's um very pretty it's clean it's just very artsy too the kind of um there's a lot of nice artsy too and i think people are into the arts arts and craft and stuff what's your website Olivia thank you um we only get yeah i want to speak about it but i live here to speak at our uh confidence and i'm inspired to put a copy together at Burlington and i i just i so
