Vibration and Flow

from Empowering Chats with Susan Burrell · host Susan Burrell

EP #337 - Vibration and Flow - An interview with author Christy Whitman I’m so pleased to welcome author Christy Whitman to Empowering Chats! In this episode, we dive into her latest book, The Flow Factor: How to Master Your Energy and Enter a State of Flow. I asked Christy—“Is being in the flow really something we can access and choose?” And the answer is yes. She explains that contrast is part of life. Sometimes things show up that we don’t want, and there are so many things that can pull us out of our flow. But “the flow” is always available to us. Christy defines flow like this: “Flow feels good. Flow feels easy and effortless. Being in the flow opens doors and makes us feel like we’re supported and provided for. Flow is what naturally occurs when we’re in alignment with the field of pure, positive, unlimited energy. It’s the result of operating in harmony with—not against—the energy stream that created you, me, every living thing, and that sustains entire worlds.” So the question becomes: Are you allowing or resisting that stream? It’s so easy to get triggered and fall into resistance. But Christy reminds us that our resistance is optional. When we get stuck, we tend to push and try to control everything—which ironically puts us out of control. Instead, it’s about checking in with yourself. Yes, the world may feel chaotic, but ask yourself: In this very moment, am I okay? Christy encourages us to pause, give ourselves a little hug, and say, I am okay. We explore what it really means to release resistance and step into the flow. It starts with focus—asking ourselves, “What do I want right now?” That’s where our attention should go. If you want peace, focus on peace. That’s how you tap into the flow and become a magnet for that vibration. That’s how we shift from survival mode to abundance, from lack to alignment—by tuning into our natural wavelength.
