Jensen was born and raised in Alameda County.  Her father was a machinist and her mother worked for a cookie company.  Attorney Vicki A. Jensen worked various waitress and bartending jobs in the San Leandro and Hayward area prior to and while attending college.   Education -  Attorney Vicki A. Jensen graduated from Chabot College with Highest Honors and transfered to California State Univeristy Hayward where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Political Science minor.  She then graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned the "Outstanding Student" Award from the Psychology Department.   Attorney Vicki A. Jensen then moved to Los Angeles where she earned her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.  She returned to her home town in the Bay Area and finished her legal education at Santa Clara Univeristy. Professional History - Attorney Vicki A. Jensen knew early on that she wanted to practice criminal law and began gaining experience in the field while still in law school.  After she clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and then for the Santa Cruz Public Defender's Office, Attorney Vicki A. Jensen knew she wanted to build a career in criminal law practice.  After law school, she also clerked for Alameda County Public Defender's Office.  Attorney Vicki A. Jensen has been in private practice for over 20 years and has helped many clients get excellent results over the years. She knows the local courts well, and prides herself on being sincere and honest with her clients. She takes the time to personally connect with each client to understand their needs and concerns.  Attorney Vicki A. Jensen has focused her practice on criminal defense. The majority of her cases are Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) and drug-related cases.  After years of developing her skills, Attorney Vicki A. Jensen has been an invited speaker at many seminars teaching other attorneys the finer points of DUI defense and trial advocacy. She has distinguished herself in her trial practice and active, vigorous defense of her clients.  Attorney Vicki A.
