Victim vs. Victimhood

I recently had someone lash out at me saying that I was victimizing the victims because I believe in taking responsibility for why our lives are the way they are. So, this episode I'm sitting down and explaining what I truly mean by this by explaining the difference between ''victim'' and ''victimhood''. And how one you don't get a choice over – but the other you always do. I think this distinction is SO important to make because there is no upside to living in this world from a place of victimhood – it only brings suffering to your life and the lives of those around you.
