Victims, Compensation, Loss: Ken Feinberg

Kenneth R. Feinberg is an attorney who has helped resolve many of America’s most challenging and widely known disputes. An international expert in complex mediation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, he is well known as the Special Master for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. Ken has also worked on Virginia Tech’s Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund, the BP Gulf Coast Claims Facility, and One Fund Boston following the Boston Marathon bombings on Patriot’s Day. The author of Who Gets What: Fair Compensation after Tragedy and Financial Upheaval, Ken is a founding donor of Chabad of Martha’s Vineyard and, with his wife Dede, has three children.
