Victor Stukker van petit restaurant Héron in Utrecht is opgegroeid in de bossen èn in de horeca. Twee grote paplepels die hebben geleid tot een in alle opzichten doordacht restaurantconcept. Hij oogst al jaren uit de natuur en voedselbos Lekker Landgoed. Zijn restaurant verwerkt alleen lokale producten, hij heeft bijna alle disposable plastics al uit het bedrijf verwijderd en wil vooral niet groter worden. In deze podcast neemt Victor ons mee in zijn visie op het nieuwe eten en het nieuwe leven.
