Victoria Garrick Browne is a 2024 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, TEDxTalk speaker, mental health advocate, podcast host of Real Pod who has amassed 2M+ followers across social media where she's known for her unfiltered campaign, #RealPost. As a sophomore, she began sharing her story of overcoming depression and anxiety while playing college volleyball at USC. That TEDx Talk has been viewed more than 600,000 times and helped spark discussion about mental health in athletes.
