Victoria Lazarus Newsletter Review: Documentation in Product Development

Waiting until a feature is finished often leads to lost context and inaccurate information, which ultimately hinders user adoption. Furthermore, Lazarus emphasizes that high-quality documentation provides the necessary foundation for effective AI implementation and internal knowledge management.
