Millie spoke with Toolroom’s Community Manager Victoria Smith for this week's episode. Toolroom Records, a label by renowned DJ and producer Mark Knight, is helping to combat the gender imbalance in the music industry through a new platform dubbed #WeAreListening created by Victoria in 2018.
