Victoria Stadium Demolition, Grey List, Ash Wednesday, GHA Public Meeting, 2nd Birthday

Works to demolish the east stand at the Victoria Stadium have started today. This forms part of the groundwork for the construction of a UEFA-approved, category 4 stadium. The works are highly complex and have required close co-ordination with the MOD, to minimise any impact on the runway. We spoke to Ros Astengo who was at the site.The Justice Minister moves to further protect police officers and emergency workers with stricter penalties for assaults against them.
