Felicia McKoy-Laguerre is the CEO of Real McKoy Coaching, Doula, Herbs, Training Services LLC, where she empowers others through coaching, workshops, authorship, and holistic wellness services, including support for pregnant and postpartum women. With over 20 years of experience as a program director and educator, she has served women and children through organizations such as Baltimore Healthy Start and the Howard County Public School System. She is a passionate mentor dedicated to building self-esteem in youth and adults, especially women, and is a co-author of several books including Her World: Wisdom & Inspiration from Women in Business, Use What’s In Your Hand, and I Am An Overcomer, I Survived. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Urban Planning and Community Development, Felicia now thrives as an entrepreneur, loctician, and esthetician, guided by her belief that true ministry addresses the body, soul, and spirit.
