Nous avons l’impression de “ne pas avoir le temps”, alors qu’en réalité “nous ne prenons” pas le temps. Nous ne prenons pas ce temps parce que notre organisation n’est pas optimisée dans ce sens. Vouloir donner le meilleur de soi-même tout en continuant de gérer le quotidien de la façon dont nous aimerions le gérer va irrémédiablement entraîner une sorte d’épuisement, un sentiment d’être dépassée, voir même de burn-out. C’est normal : nous ne sommes pas programmées pour réaliser l’impossible. Alors comment optimiser notre organisation efficacement ? Notre pouvoir émerge de l’intelligence que nous avons à remettre en cause nos propres systèmes de fonctionnement.
