Il dispose de 12 équipes dans toutes les catégories et à tous les niveaux de compétions. Il propose du basket 5x5, du 3x3, du basket santé, du basket en entreprise. Il dispose de nombreux labels : Ecole de MiniBasket, Club Formateur Elite, Ecole d'Arbitrage, FFBB Citoyen.

Vouloir donner le meilleur de soi-même tout en continuant de gérer le quotidien de la façon dont nous aimerions le gérer va irrémédiablement entraîner une sorte d’épuisement, un sentiment d’être dépassée, voir même de burn-out. C’est normal : nous ne sommes pas programmées pour réaliser l’impossible. Alors comment optimiser notre organisation efficacement ? Notre pouvoir émerge de l’intelligence que nous avons à remettre en cause nos propres systèmes de fonctionnement.
