Video Walkthroughs Don’t Belong in Products

Video walkthroughs do not belong inside of products. I would even go so far as to say if you need a video walkthrough to explain how to use your product or features in it, your design and experience is fundamentally flawed.A walkthrough video is like pouring molasses on all the potential energy your customers have.
