Since the Housing Development Board’s new resale flat listing service was launched in two months ago, about 50 HDB listings have been removed by regulators. These were priced at $1 million or more, which HDB says is ‘unrealistic’. The HDB resale flat listing service which started officially on May 30, sees at least one million-dollar property resale flat listed on the portal daily. Could this impact the HDB resale market?
