Yesterday I had the chance to speak some words of encouragement to up and coming entrepreneuers from Dallas Independent School district at the 2023 Hilltop Entreprenuership Gala hosted by HillTop Holdings. What fascinated me was the level of elegance Hlltop put into making this an A-list experience for students who might not otherwise have experienced a fancy gala. It had me thinking... the effort and investment we put into the next generation now can have a long term effect beyond the immediacy of what we do now.
