Welcome to Vigneto, a weekly podcast by Susannah Gold. We look at the wine industry from different angles. This first 10-week series looks at sustainability. Sunny Gandara, a vegan chef and wine expert is the co-host for this series and each week we will have a new guest. In this episode, we discuss what comes under the umbrella term of sustainability: soils, air, water, packaging, animal welfare, biodiversity, and the social and economic impact as well.
