Vikings Eyeing Antonio Williams for WR Spot
from Minnesota Vikings News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
The Minnesota Vikings, following Jalen Nailors departure to the Las Vegas Raiders, are reportedly eyeing Clemsons Antonio Williams for their wide receiver needs. Standing at six feet tall and weighing one hundred eighty-seven pounds, Williams showcases impressive route running and deep-ball skills, having caught seventy-five passes for eleven touchdowns in the 2024 season. Despite concerns about his smaller frame and past injuries, Williams could potentially fill the number three spot behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, contributing to the teams timing-based offense and even returning punts. With the draft approaching, the Vikings may consider Williams as a solid day two pick to bolster their weapons around new quarterback Kyler Murray.
